Gypsy Souls Coffeehouse was founded in 2014 by an airline pilot, the original Gypsy Soul, who had the vision to create a unique waterfront space that served the finest locally roasted coffees from around the world. Now we're a family-run coffee business proudly continuing the pilot's vision. We offer twelve different coffee bean origins, all unique in flavor, served fresh daily for your enjoyment. With locally sourced pastries and teas, Gypsy Souls Coffeehouse has something for everyone…... Our goal is to source the best local pastries and baked goods. We are also going to introduce European pastries and baked goods, as a nod to our ancestors.
