Charles A. Anderson ("Charlie"), Broker-in-Charge and co-owner of Hawaii Pacific Brokers, LLC., has lived on the Hamakua Coast of Big Island of Hawaii for over 45 years and been licensed as a Realtor for over 37 years. He specializes in land acquisition, and development while focusing on the island's unique ranch, farm land and oceanfront properties. His many years of experience working with attorney's, surveyors, title and escrow companies, the County and State have honed his ability to expertly assist his clients through the process of securing and/or selling their special piece of real estate. Charlie feels that a career in Real Estate is about helping people find their place in paradise and achieving the client's investment goals. By serving the needs of his clients, the rewards are many and ongoing. His passion for organic gardening and island living translates to a unique understanding of sustainability and creating beautiful island homesteads. Julie was raised in Waimea on Hawai'i Island and brings local knowledge, experienced professionalism and personalized representation to her real estate collaborations. Always seeking ways to contribute and grow professionally, Julie went from a solitary salesperson, to working on a top producing team, and then to a Broker's Concierge. Once she earned her Brokers license in 2013 she was offered the opportunity to join her company's leadership team as the Statewide Training Director and went on to become a Broker-in-Charge where she managed between 15-25 agents for 6 years. Julie's career in real estate has been focused on supporting others and learning all aspects of the industry, which includes volunteering as a board member at the Hawai'i Island Board of Realtors for 4 years, and in 2019 she completed the Hawai'i Association of Realtors Leadership Academy program. Growing up in Hawai'i, graduating high school from Hawai'i Preparatory Academy and earning her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa has given Julie a deep respect for the local culture, its people, and precious land. Scott C. Craven

Scott is a fifth generation Big Island resident whose family has been in the ranching business on the slopes of Hualalai for many years. He was born in Honolulu and attended Punahou School and the University of Hawaiʻi at Manoa. Scott grew up enjoying what he considers to be the best of Hawaiʻi, spending the school year on the beaches of Oahu surfing and diving, while spending his summers working on the family ranch in the mountains above Kona on the Big Island. After graduating from the University of Hawaiʻi at Manoa in 1992, Scott moved to the Big Island and worked for First Hawaiian Bank and Wells Fargo Private Mortgage Banking group underwriting consumer loans, mortgages, and administering trust and investment accounts. Scott has over eight years of banking experience and seven years of experience in the real estate business. His experience in finance gives him the well rounded knowledge to create a smooth and seamless transaction. With a passion for the outdoors, you may find Scott big game fishing along the Kona Coast, hunting or hiking the island's mountains, or working his family's horses with his wife and young daughter. Scott believes buying and selling real estate should be exciting and fulfilling, not frustrating and tiresome.
