We're into real estate investment, and we're especially passionate about real estate development. We know the process to move "raw" land through entitlements, site development, construction, and the many disposition strategies that follow... We're based in Kitsap County, in the beautiful state of Washington. As such, we've partnered with the Kitsap County Department of Community Development, as part of their "Start Here!" program.
