Cas Atchison - President

Cas Atchison, CPL & CMM, has been valued throughout his twenty year career for his leadership, capability to build and manage successful teams, increase project value, and most importantly improve and add value to the client's projects, assets and/or bottom line. Cas has provided natural resource management, due diligence and advisory services on more than 250,000 acres in Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, West Virginia, Colorado, Ohio and Oklahoma. Cas has been involved in over $750,000,000 of acquisitions and divestitures in oil and gas operations, mineral/royalty, and real estate transactions. Cas' prior experiences has helped him create an extensive network of natural resource management personnel that he brings with him to Heritage Resource Partners, LLC. Cas is a Certified Petroleum Landman ("CPL") and Certified Mineral Manager ("CMM"). He is a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), Permian Basin Landman's Association (PBLA), and the Austin Professional Landman Association (APLA).

Richard J Ganem

Richard J. Ganem has spent 45 years engaged in the natural resource management arena. Commencing his career with Amoco Production Company in Houston, Texas, then Adobe Resources Corporation, in Midland, Texas. In 1992 he started as a consultant and independent Oil and Gas Operator.His expanded experiences include involvement in the major basins of the United States, from the Rockies to the Texas gulf coast, including offshore. In addition to energy companies, Richard founded Environmental Site Assessors, LLC, an environmental company specializing in oil and gas field assessments in Texas and New Mexico. During his career, Richard has managed over 1,000,000 acres of natural resources and been a part of over $250,000,000 in natural resource projects. Mr. Ganem continues his involvement in the energy and real estate investments as an Angel Investor, as well as an expert witness in multiple states.
