Greg has been in the water/ wastewater industry for almost 3 years. His position consists of inside sales and project management. In his free time, he enjoys attempting to play golf, boating and camping.
Josh has been working in the wastewater field for the past 4 years learning how to repair lift stations and various systems. Josh is our field supervisor and is the first responder to residential service calls. He also loves to play disc golf and has an impressive 38 aces!
Peter has been around the wastewater and pumping industry his entire life and recently joined the team as a service technician, wanting to learn more about water infrastructure while getting more hands-on experience. When he's not getting his hands dirty, he likes to be either fishing or "attempting" to play disc golf.
Russell opened the doors at Hydro Source in January of 2019 as the owner and President. While directing the company's day-to-day operations Russell also spends his time developing new business opportunities and assisting the sales team with large projects. Prior to Hydro Source, Russell was the product manager at one of the leading water/waste equipment consulting firms in Texas. During that time, he learned the art of business but more importantly how to be a trusted advisor to his many clients and colleagues. With a vast knowledge of pump stations, pressures sewer systems and water/wastewater infrastructure Russell and his company strive to be leaders in a very competitive market. When he's not keeping busy with work, you can find him at the lake with family and friends.
