I founded Jenrada LLC in 2019 after more than 30 years in the TOC consulting and training field, which culminated in 14 years as a Partner with Goldratt Consulting. There, I led the company's consulting practice in North America and India and headed the Goldratt School... I was fortunate to have Dr Eliyahu Goldratt, the originator of Theory of Constraints (TOC), as my mentor for 25 years. A highlight of that time was working closely with him on the development of the TOC Thinking Process. My book, "Thinking for a Change: Putting the TOC Thinking Processes to Use," was personally endorsed by Dr. Goldratt and has a 4.6/5 star customer rating on Amazon.
