LAKEVIEW FHT

The Lakeview Family Health Team (LVFHT) offers a team approach to provide health care to you and your family. This approach brings together family physicians with other allied health professionals to coordinate the best possible care for patients. In addition to seeing your primary care provider, you may see one of the other health professionals who can look after some of your needs. As a patient you will have access to a number of different health professionals.
