Aside from the products we make on site, we offer many seasonings/rubs/sauces including Fort Wayne's own Master's Hand BBQ sauces, Jim's Cheese from Wisconsin, Fisher's lunch meats and hot dogs from Portland/Muncie IN, and Coloma Nature Blessed frozen fruit & vegetables from Michigan... Our retail store has a wide variety of products that are processed and smoked in-house, as well as dry goods and condiments made by other retailers. We have a regular assortment of products on our retail floor that includes: smoked meat, cheeses, and side items, various sauces and seasonings, fresh and frozen cuts, and seasonal frozen fruit.
