Professional Experience Alan Armstrong became President and Chief Executive Officer of Williams in January 2011. During his tenure, Williams has expanded its reach, currently handling about 30 percent of all U.S. natural gas volumes, through gathering, processing, transportation and storage services. Prior to being named CEO, Armstrong led the company's North American midstream and olefins businesses through a period of growth and expansion as Senior Vice President - Midstream. Previously, Mr. Armstrong served as Vice President of Gathering and Processing from 1999 to 2002; Vice President of Commercial Development from 1998 to 1999; Vice President of Retail Energy Services from 1997 to 1998 and Director of Commercial Operations for the company's midstream business in the Gulf Coast region from 1995 to 1997. He joined Williams in 1986 as an engineer. Education Armstrong graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1985 with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering. In addition to speaking at corporate and philanthropic events, Armstrong has presented at the Canada Energy Symposium and has been a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission panel speaker on gathering deregulation.

Chad J. Zamarin

Professional Experience Chad Zamarin became Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategic Development for Williams in June 2017. He oversees enterprise-level strategy, business development and customer-relationship management and is responsible for government affairs, communications, community relations and project analysis. Prior to joining Williams, Zamarin served as Senior Vice President and President, Pipeline and Midstream at Cheniere Energy, Inc. Before joining Cheniere Energy, Zamarin served in various executive roles at NiSource/Columbia Pipeline Group, including Chief Operating Officer at NiSource Midstream, LLC and NiSource Energy Ventures, LLC, as well as President of Pennant Midstream, LLC. Education Zamarin graduated with a bachelor's degree in materials engineering from Purdue University and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston.

Chad Teply

Professional Experience Chad Teply became Senior Vice President of Project Execution for Williams in May 2020. He is responsible for successfully delivering projects across the company's footprint through project management, construction, environmental, regulatory and permitting, facilities and land management functions. Teply previously served as Senior Vice President, Business Policy and Development for PacifiCorp, a Berkshire Hathaway Energy company. During his tenure, he was responsible for PacifiCorp's major construction activities for both generation and transmission. He also supported the company's integrated resource planning, state and federal regulatory agency interactions, emerging technology deployment initiatives, and community outreach activities. Previously, he was Vice President, Resource Development and Construction at PacifiCorp. Before joining PacifiCorp, Teply served as Director of Engineering for Northern Natural Gas and also held engineering and project management roles at other energy industry companies based in Iowa and Illinois. Early in his career, Teply was a project engineer assigned to the construction of Williams' Pine Needle LNG facility. Education Teply earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from South Dakota State University.

Debbie Cowan - CHRO, SVP

Professional Experience Debbie Cowan became Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Williams in 2018. Prior to joining Williams, Cowan served as Global Vice President of Human Resources for Koch Chemical Technology Group, LLC, a division of Koch Industries, Inc., since June 2013. In that role, she was responsible for supporting seven various engineering and manufacturing companies with approximately 5,000 employees in 26 countries in their strategic planning, organization development, acquisitions and divestitures, employment law, talent development, performance management, employee relations, compensation, training and benefits efforts. She previously served as Global Director of Human Resources and Manager, Human Resources, for John Zink Company, also a division of Koch Industries; Manager, Human Resources for Aircraft Fueling Systems and as Staffing Manager for Robert Half International. Education Cowan earned both a bachelor's degree in business administration and a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Arkansas. She also earned a master's in organizational dynamics in human resources management from the University of Oklahoma and is a certified professional in human resources.

Professional Experience John Porter became Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Williams in January 2022. Porter previously served as Williams Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, Controller and Financial Planning and Analysis. Porter began his career in public accounting and first joined Williams in 1998 as Supervisor of Revenue Accounting. In 2001 he relocated to Denver, serving in various finance and accounting roles for Forest Oil Corporation, an exploration and production company. Porter returned to Williams in 2005, serving in roles of increasing responsibility across the finance and accounting organization, including Director of Investor Relations, Assistant Controller of Williams Partners, L.P., Director of Accounting-Master Limited Partnerships, and Manager of Financial Reporting. Prior to his current role, Porter served as Vice President, Enterprise Financial Planning and Analysis and Investor Relations, overseeing Williams' forecasting and budgeting process while also developing and managing relationships with research analysts, institutional and individual investors and retail brokers. Education Porter is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Oklahoma State University in 1993.

Larry Larsen

Professional Experience Larry Larsen became Senior Vice President of Williams' Gathering & Processing operations in March 2022. The operations include gathering, processing and treating, as well as natural gas liquids transportation, fractionation and storage services across the Western region of the U.S., Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Most recently, Larsen was vice president, Strategic Development, where he led Williams' corporate strategy, market intelligence and corporate development efforts. He was also responsible for oversight of the company's Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), as well as due diligence and integration processes related to acquisitions and divestitures. In 2018, he became vice president-general manager for Williams' Rocky Mountain Midstream franchise and was responsible for all commercial activities and the safe, reliable operations of the area's growing assets. Prior to that role, he was vice president, Central Services, where he led the teams responsible for Williams' supply chain, commodity services (volume management, systems planning, commodity optimization and commercial contracts), NGL and gas marketing, measurement and pipeline control functions. Since joining Williams in 1999, Larsen has held a wide variety of roles, many of which were directly associated with Northwest Pipeline. He has an extensive background in business development, marketing, operations, engineering and mergers and acquisitions. Education Larsen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah in 1998.

Micheal G. Dunn - COO, EVP

Professional Experience Micheal G. Dunn was named Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Williams in February 2017. In this role, he has direct oversight of the operational aspects of the business, focusing on achieving regulatory compliance and optimizing operations to enhance Williams' competitive advantage and advance the execution of Williams' long-term strategy. Prior to his current role, Dunn served as President of Questar Pipeline and Executive Vice President of Questar Corporation. Named to this role in 2015, he was the executive leader of a major western United States natural gas transmission company comprising four FERC-regulated interstate pipelines with natural gas storage and processing capabilities. From 2010 to 2015, Dunn served as president and CEO of PacifiCorp Energy, a multi-state regulated electric power generating company and a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Energy. From 2007 to 2010, Dunn was president of Kern River Gas Transmission Company, also a Berkshire Hathaway Energy subsidiary. In this role, he provided overall leadership for this major interstate natural gas pipeline company. Dunn began his career with Williams and spent 14 years with the company in its gas pipeline business, first as an Operations Engineer in Hutchinson, Kansas, then as a Construction Engineer and Chief Inspector in Utah during the construction of the Kern River Gas Transmission System. He was a field operations supervisor in Wyoming for two years and spent another three years as Manager of Project Management, overseeing the project managers accountable for all gas pipeline capital projects in the West, including Northwest Pipeline. Dunn was one of Williams' leaders asked to join Kern River when the company divested Kern River in 2002. Education Dunn graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1988 with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering. He is a registered professional engineer in the state of Oklahoma.

Professional Experience Scott Hallam became Senior Vice President of Williams' Transmission & Gulf of Mexico Operating Area in January 2020. Williams' Transmission & Gulf of Mexico Operating Area includes Williams' Eastern Interstates, Northwest Pipeline, and its Gulf West and Gulf East franchises. Prior to his current role, Hallam served as Senior Vice President, Atlantic-Gulf, which included responsibility for Eastern interstates and the Gulf West and Gulf East franchises. He also served as Vice President and General Manager of Eastern Interstates in the Atlantic-Gulf Operating Area, where he was responsible for overall operations and commercial activities for Transco Pipeline, Cardinal Pipeline and Pine Needle LNG. Hallam also served as Vice President over operational activities in Williams' Northeast G&P Operating Area. Prior to that, he led development and operations in the Utica as a General Manager for Access Midstream and also served in various leadership capacities in the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors with Dominion Energy in transmission and distribution. Education Hallam holds an MBA in organizational leadership, a master's in environmental, health and safety management and a bachelor's degree in chemistry and biology. He is a certified project management professional and Six Sigma Black Belt. Hallam is a member of the American Petroleum Institute, the Ohio Oil and Gas Association, the Project Management Institute and the Air and Waste Management Association. He is a board member of the Southern Gas Association and the United Way of Greater Houston. Hallam is also a member of the Board of Directors for The Santiago Partnership.

Professional Experience Lane Wilson was named Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Williams in April 2017. He had previously been appointed to the federal bench as a Magistrate Judge for the Northern District of Oklahoma, presiding over both civil and criminal matters, including substantial civil mediation responsibilities. He served on the Tenth Circuit Judicial Council and was the Northern District's designated judge on electronic discovery issues in criminal cases. In 2016, he was appointed to the Judicial Conference Committee on Criminal Law by Chief Justice John Roberts. Prior to his judicial service, Wilson was a partner and member of the Board of Directors for Hall, Estill in Tulsa. His practice focused on complex commercial litigation, including both trial and appellate work. The team of litigation attorneys and paralegals Wilson managed represented energy, telecommunications, technology, and construction companies. Prior to attending law school, Wilson worked for Exxon (now Exxon/Mobil). Education Wilson received his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from The University of Tulsa in 1989, and his Juris Doctor degree with Honors from The University of Tulsa College of Law in 1994, where he served as the Managing Editor of the Tulsa Law Journal. While an undergraduate at The University of Tulsa, Wilson was a member of the school's varsity men's tennis team, winning an individual conference championship.
