It was a pleasure working with Lisa to engage our employees during a companywide lunch and learn event on mentoring. Lisa is a dynamic speaker and her talking points on Creating a Mentoring Culture really spoke to many of our employees, both mentees and mentors who work to develop our employees both personally and professionally. Lisa provided us with great resources for laying the foundation for our new pilot mentoring program we kicked off this year. Our mentees really felt empowered to work smarter on their goals in collaboration with their mentor. Overall, Lisa's session was a very positive experience and attracted some new faces to our Women's Employee Resource Group... Lisa holds a B.S. in Social Policy from Northwestern University and a JD degree from Northwestern University School of Law. Lisa is an Executive Coach and has completed her certification from the International Coach Academy... Lisa's leadership and thought-provoking approach enabled all of us to "turn the dial"..
