LIVING LOSS

Living Loss is a support group for those who have lost loved ones and are bereaved. It was birthed from the revelation that people are carrying grief due to a range of life experiences and many times people are grieving for situations and loved ones where no one has died... Living Loss CIC is an established 10-Session Group Work Programme. The Programme is designed for people to work through the grief process and is effective for both bereavement and living losses. We provide a safe and caring environment where people can express feelings and learn about their grief. We cover what grief is, the stages of grief, what triggers grief and good grief. We work with therapeutic and coaching tools to engage people with their emotions and help them move forward. By the last session, everyone has a better understanding of the grief journey. The groups are held fortnightly and have a maximum of 10 people... Our goal is to raise awareness on many levels, about the need for loss and bereavement..
