Lamine has a Master's degree in International Business Management from INSEEC Business School from Bordeaux (France). He speaks fluent English, French and Arabic. Before starting the LT Partnership in Helsinki, he has successfully accomplished projects in Chennai (south of India), Rotterdam (The Netherlands), Kuwait, and Tampere (Finland). Having lived, worked and studied in the Middle East region for over 12 years offers an advantage when building networks between the Middle East region and Europe.

Telle Benaissa

Telle has a Master's degree in Applied Social Psychology from University of Sussex in Brighton (UK), a Bachelor of Honours degree from York University in Toronto (Canada) and has completed a Solution-focused work counselor training at the Helsinki Psykoterapiainstituutti (Finland). She speaks fluent Finnish, English, Russian and Portuguese with a basic level of French and Swedish. Before starting the LT Partnership Helsinki, she has worked in various projects and positions in Moscow (Russia), Toronto (Canada), Brighton (UK) and Helsinki (Finland). During these positions she has worked with companies from all over the world.
