After 10 years in the fashion industry, Betsy decided it was time to switch gears and pursue her passion of real estate. The sales and marketing knowledge acquired in her previous career, coupled with excellent communication skills, ensures a successful and smooth transaction.
Betsy's extensive knowledge of various markets including, but not limited to, Westchase District, Memorial, Energy Corridor and Spring Branch will aide her clients in making an educated decision. She also enjoys working with investors to find potential rehab properties and uses her own fix and flip experience and eye for design to ensure a sound investment.
Betsy was born and raised in Spring, TX and went on to pursue a degree in Business from Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX. Outside of real estate, you can find her out and about town with her husband and two young children. She enjoys being an active member and volunteer at St. Cecilia Catholic Church and School, SBMSA, and Walnut Bend Mom's Club. She enjoys being on the water and spending time at her home away from home in Rockport, TX.

Julia spent 17 years working in healthcare as a Physical Therapist where she developed a strong sense of compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence for helping others. Julia applies these same values to helping clients find their perfect home or building toward their next real estate investment opportunity. Whether it's getting a property ready to sell, making it your dream home, or building brand new, Julia's extensive industry knowledge will make it happen!
Born and raised in Houston, she attended Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX, followed by University of Galveston Medical Branch in Galveston, TX, and now resides in southwest Austin. After many years exploring the US as a traveling PT, Julia ultimately made her way back to central TX where she built a home in the country and pursued her love for all things real estate.
Julia enjoys all the outdoor activities Austin has to offer as well as live music and sports. When she's not searching for amazing properties, Julia can be found hiking, taking in a show, or cheering on her any of her favorite teams!
Vanessa Frost Ellis is a proud 6th generation Houstonian who attended Lamar High School and graduated from The University of Houston. Her love for houses and properties drove her to pursue an exciting career in residential real estate.
Before joining the team at Lot & Block Properties, Vanessa worked as an experienced realtor for another Houston real estate company. Prior to that, she managed new construction home sales for David Weekley Homes. She also worked as a manager in the restaurant and catering industry. In order to ensure client satisfaction, Vanessa sets clear expectations for all parties as well as making sure to maintain professionalism throughout the relationships.
Vanessa's knowledge of the real estate market expands from Memorial and the Inner Loop to the Fulshear and Simonton areas. Additionally, her utilization of social media tools and skills from her previous career assists in the exposure of her listings and her knowledge of the ever-changing market.
Outside of real estate, Vanessa is active in the St. Cecilia's Women's Club and is an avid volunteer at St Cecelia Catholic School where her twins, Carolina and Collier attend. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family water skiing and relaxing at Lake McQueeney near Seguin, Texas
