Site superintendent Adrian Cortez makes sure jobs get done in a seamless and timely manner. He admits to having "the clammiest hands on this side of the Mississippi," although no one is asking him to demonstrate that claim. In his spare time, he is a CrossFit and USA weightlifting coach, so we'll give him that clammy hands title without harassing him. As to pineapple on pizza? "Yes. Because life is short."

Experienced Construction Manager with a 30 year demonstrated history of working in the construction industry with strong experience in field operations . Seasoned in all Facets of construction including MEP's, Scheduling, Value Engineering, Purchasing, Managing Contractors, Architects & Clients. Bill would never entertain thoughts of pineapple on pizza ("I'm Italian").

As the assistant project manager, Claudia Moreno supports the construction management team and handles a wide variety of administrative and job related tasks for all Executives on the Magna team. Reliable and hardworking, she also is a self-proclaimed sufferer of trypophobia (google it), has a celebrity crush on The Rock (well, who DOESN'T), loves dogs and absolutely enjoys pineapple on pizza ("Please don't judge").
As the OSHA-certified safety director and superintendent, Collin O'Neill "gets the work done and delivers with exceptional results." And he does so wearing only black Nike socks with white checks, because why not, right? His celebrity crush is Jennifer Aniston, and as a child, he too wanted to be Frank Lovello when he grew up. As to pineapple on pizza? "Yes. I'm weird and eat anything on my pizza."
As senior project manager, Cristina Lacerenza manages commercial interior construction projects and is responsible for overseeing schedules, quality of work from sub-contractors, and project change requests. With over 15 years' experience in the design industry and 5+ in construction, Cristina has a strong understanding of Architect and Designers "language", getting their vision explained to the contractors and bringing it to fruition.
Frank Lovello is Magna's self-described "head mucky-muck, top (humbled) dog and chief cook and bottle washer." He feels that if his life had a theme song, it would be Bob Seger "Turn The Page" and he's agnostic about the answer to the most divisive question of our times: pineapple or no pineapple on pizza? As far as a celebrity crush is concerned: he claims to have one on his wife Maria. But if you ask Maria who HER celebrity crush is… well: it could be any of the multitude of foster and adopted dogs roaming the castle. (Sorry, Frank.)
Senior project manager Frank Santoro has over nine years of construction experience in commercial interiors. His extensive experience in a variety of interiors ranging from high-end build-outs to landlord test fits helps keep schedules on track and budgets in line. He is also clear of his role here at Magna. "I manage projects." Knowledgeable, hardworking, and efficient!

Assistant Project Manager - As an Assistant Project Manager, Jessica supports the Construction Management Team and handles a wide variety of administrative and job related tasks for all Executives on the Magna Team. As far as pineapple on pizza? "Hell no. That's just gross."
Jim is our senior site superintendent and has been working in the construction industry since 1976. His range of experience is vast, but he specializes in residential full remodels and additions, as well as commercial interior fit-ups. Jim is a man of few words, but the most important of which are: "Pineapple belongs in my piña coladas."

Leslie Palmer is Magna's bookkeeper. She was dubbed "Number one" and now won't let anyone forget it. Leslie loves libraries, Robert Downey Jr. and Johnny Depp (but only during his 21 Jump Street years; now he's "too weird"). She believes that everyone needs to be a little nicer to each other, and that we should embrace diversity. Leslie's deathly afraid of heights and as a child she wanted to be a professional figure skater or a veterinarian. Her dog, Riley, works as security at Magna so no need to ask if she's a dog person. As to pineapples "They're for pina coladas, not pizzas."

Senior site superintendent Mike has 35 years of construction experience under his belt. His knowledge of construction sub-trades is extensive and he values quality in his work. Mike oversees all phases of commercial construction projects and is certified in OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and even First Aid, CPR, and AED. No matter the situation, Mike is prepared! However, we don't know how he'd react if he ever met his celebrity crush, Halle Berry. Another fun fact: Mike never allows fruit on his pizza, but he does love Great Danes and riding his Harley Davidson. (He does not allow dogs to ride with him.)
Robert, our site superintendent, is a shockingly experienced electrician and has flipped the switch to work in construction. However, the stars in his eyes turn into hearts when he thinks about his celebrity crush, Eva Longoria. Robert has never tried pineapple pizza (lucky him!) but says he wouldn't be opposed to that salty-sweet combo. Going way back, Robert's nickname growing up was Bobby Bones, a moniker that must have a story behind it!

Site Superintendent Sal Vizzari is a "team player" who does "whatever it takes to get the job done on time and efficiently." A Star Wars fan, he wanted to be a fighter pilot as a child (one might assume that fighter pilot to be Luke Skywalker but that's another question). His celebrity crush is Jessica Alba; he's a dog person and he feels the following way about pineapple on pizza: "No way, please. No fruit on my pizza."
