Arnaud Leplomb has served as a Director of Finance with Midwest Plains Capital since April 2022. Mr Leplomb previously served as a Finance and Accounting Manager for various international companies in the energy sector (TotalEnergies, Subsea 7) and in the engineering sector (Arcadis), overseeing monthly closures, consolidation, taxes, internal audit and processes.
Mr Leplomb holds a BA in Corporate Finance and a CPA degree (DSCG).
Bo Dunne has served as a Midwest Prairie Advisor and Partner since July 2014 and has over a decade of experience in banking, corporate finance and development and private investment. Mr. Dunne also serves as a member of our investment committee, with corporate and investment experience, including, but not limited to, consumer, energy, financial services, logistics and real estate sectors. He serves as an advisor and director to various non-energy private companies.
Bo currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of ARM Energy Holdings, LLC and is responsible for managing the finance aspects of the company and its subsidiaries, including support for and execution of strategic M&A, investments and partnerships. ARM Energy and its operating subsidiaries participate across the energy value chain, including renewable energy assets and markets.
Prior to ARM Energy, he served as an Associate at Amegy Bank, where he focused on secured credit transactions, primarily in upstream and midstream energy sectors.
A native of Wichita, Kansas, Mr. Dunne holds a BS in Finance from the University of Kansas.

Kevin Bush has served as an Analyst with Midwest Plains Capital since July 2016 and Senior Associate since July 2020. He is responsible for deal sourcing, due diligence, and monitoring performance on current portfolio investments.
After graduating from Rice University with a degree in Mathematical Economic Analysis, Mr Bush joined Simon Law Firm as a paralegal.
Mr Bush holds a Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School.
Michael is a Midwest Plains Capital latest talent acquisition, bringing over a decade of experience in debt and equity financing. Prior to joining MidWest Plains Capital, Mr Ogilvie was successively a Principa at Insight Equity, and a Senior Associate at Main Street Capital, a principal investment firm that provides long-term debt and equity capital to lower middle market companies and debt capital to middle market companies, where Mr Ogilvie closed and monitored over $20B in mergers, acquisition, follow-on financing and other transactions.
Prior to joining Main Street Capital, Mr Ogilvie was an Associate at Quad-C Management, where he executed middle market private equity transactions including leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations across a variety of industries. Prior to Quad-C, Michael was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group at Wells Fargo.
Michael graduated Summa Cum Laude from Michigan State University with a BA in Finance.
Thierry Rignol has served as a Principal with Midwest Plains Capital since July 2014. Mr Rignol previously served as a senior analyst with IHS Markit (NYSE: INFO), a data analytics firm where he oversaw the due diligence on the acquisition of hydraulic fracturing sand mines in the Permian Basin and other capital intensive projects.
Mr Rignol holds a BS in Bioengineering and a BA in Political Science from Rice University.
