MIND OVER GRIND

I am the owner of Mind Over Grind, LLC. I created Mind Over Grind, LLC not only because I have so much love for the game, but because I learned a great deal from my experiences. I am extremely passionate about coaching and am determined to impact athletes' lives. I have lived the GRIND, my intention is to coach with keeping my success/ failures in mind... Throughout my 20+ years of experience, something that stuck with me is how powerful the MIND is. One more rep? One more sprint? One more squat? One more lap? We are more capable than our MINDS think. Nothing in life is handed to us, and it is important to understand that training our bodies can only prepare us for so much, we must also train the MIND.
