Adolf is the Managing Partner of Moore Pretoria and a member of the Moore National Executive Committee as well as the National Technical Committee. Within his current role at Moore, his areas of focus include auditing, governance, risk, financial management, accounting reviews, management accounting, valuations, direct tax and indirect tax, MFMA, GRAP and IFRS. Adolf has extensive private sector experience and has been involved with many private sector audits over the years. He also has extensive public-sector experience and has been involved with numerous assignments on behalf of the Auditor General of South Africa. Adolf has assisted the United Nations country offices in Southern Africa with many donor funding audits. In addition to his role at Moore he is also an avid entrepreneur having founded a highly successful Fin-tech company, he also has interests in a number of companies in the IT sector.
Andrew brings analytical skills combined with decisiveness and an innate understanding of clients needs to his work. Corporate finance and business advisory are his core competencies, but Andrew also specialises in property finances, FMCG and SMME and both listed and unlisted large cap companies. He works closely with clients on advisory needs like due diligence, valuations, fairness opinions and more. Born and raised in Cape Town, Andrew graduated from UCT with a BComm Accounting, went on to complete his PGDA, and is a qualified CA(SA). Andrew is also a member of the Moore South Africa Exco. When hes not at work, Andrew recharges by spending time outdoors, exercising, and enjoying quality time with close friends and family.

- Senior Economic Consultant, Expert
Asaf is a senior economic consultant, expert in deals advisory, with more than 20 years of experience in consulting some of the leading companies in Israel, 10 years of that as a partner at BDO. Asaf has advised entities like Fortissimo Fund, Phoenix, Daweoo Int., Nawi Group, Ikea and Palo Alto Networks in acquisitions, M&A, IPOs, and to international companies entering Israel.
Asaf brings to the table a holistic view in business, finance, accounting and strategy, such that his work provides sufficient confidence in the business decision-making, while he is also capable of introducing non-conventional solutions for successfully finalizing transactions and other business activities.
Asaf has also specialized in preparing expert economic opinions for litigation or regulatory purposes.
In the past Asaf served as a CFO of Ferring Pharmaceuticals, an international company, and before that he was a senior economic in Applies Economics, a company controlled by Prof. Zvi Eckstein, former Bank
Carl started his career at one of the big4 and has more than 10 years of international experience in corporate finance.
As of 2022 Carl joined Moore Corporate Finance, where he is mainly involved in transaction services for both private equity and corporate clients.
Carl holds a Master in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp.

Christian Roller is Managing Partner of Moore. He has over 25 years of Audit, TAS and M&A experience, including responsibility for international affairs.
Prior to Moore, Christian was founding Partner of RSM Altavis, a multidisciplinary audit, tax and legal firm with several locations in Germany.
Christian started his career in International Audit at Arthur Andersen, Stuttgart office. Since 1999, he was working for Haarmann Hemmelrath, since 2001 as Partner, for their Munich office.
Christian holds a Master of Administration from University of Passau. He is German CPA and Tax Advisor. He is fluent in German and English.
Christoph was brought up in a completely bicultural and bilingual way. He graduated from the universities of Paris and Frankfurt, obtained the French titles Expert-Comptable and Commissaire aux Comptes and then worked for RöverBrönner in Berlin as well as for a large Audit Firm based in Atlanta, USA. The fact that Christoph feels and acts as European helps overcoming cultural differences in his business negotiations with international groups which seek investment in France. His considerable professional experience provides him with a wide range of problem resolutions. At Coffra in Paris Christoph started as a trainee and is Managing Partner today. He heads the Corporate Finance Department of Coffra and has numerous experiences in lead advisory and transaction services. He is a member of the steering committee of Moore GCF.
Within Moore, he is share of the European Regional Council and sits on the Global Board of Moore Global.
Cuan joined Moore Intaria in 2018 and currently holds a CFA Charter as well as a CA(SA) designation. He specializes in M&A Lead Advisory services and Business Valuations, supporting business owners in obtaining maximum value through buy and sell side transactions.
Dale has been in the industry for over 22 years, and brings significant experience in auditing, accounting, tax consultancy and business advisory to his role. A master consultant, his expertise lies in corporate restructuring and taxation. With an impressive portfolio, Dale works with clients across a wide scope of industries including retail, manufacturing, financial services, advertising, engineering, construction and renewable energy. Holding an Honours' degree from the University of Cape Town, Dale is a qualified CA (SA) and has been authorised by the South African regulator as an auditor of listed entities. Dales contribution extends beyond his passion for the work he does as one of the founding directors of Moore Stephens Cape Town, he has been a driving force behind the networks local success.

- Marketing Services Corporate Finance Specialist
Dan is a marketing services corporate finance specialist. He acts as lead adviser to clients on strategy, acquisitions, disposals and management buyouts as well as the fundraising of both debt and equity. He has over ten years experience in mergers and acquisitions, and eight years under his belt as both Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of marketing services SMEs.
Danny is a seasoned M&A expert, supporting business owners, management teams and corporations in acquiring or selling businesses, capital raising and solving complex shareholder issues with a strong track record in cross-border M&A.
Danny is a partner at Moore Belgium. His experience covers a range of sectors including Automotive, Contruction, Real Estate,Transport&Logistics
Fabian spend the first 8 years of his career with a big 4 company in Munich and in New Jersey, USA. During this time he was mostly dealing with external audit and the development of inhouse data analytics applications.
In 2018, Fabian joined Moore Corporate Finance in Munich and has been focussing on transaction services, helping clients with buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence. Besides this, Fabian is also specialized in valuations.
Garry has experience in a wide range of industries with notable roles being the senior in charge on the audit of medium-sized manufacturing, investment, propertyowning, marketing, transportation, insurance broker, wholesale automotive parts retailers, charitable foundations, security and risk advisory and clothing companies. Garry also has experience in working for the Auditor General on audits of municipalities; has been contracted out by Moore Stephens UK to the United Nations to perform agreed upon procedures regarding their operations in the Swaziland education system and has experience working in Eastern Africa, specifically Kenya and Tanzania, as well as in Luxembourg. His knowledge in financial accounting, information technology, leadership and client relation skills is what Garry brings to any business.
George provides transaction support and due diligence on behalf of banks and private equity houses for their lending and investments. His experience also includes company valuations as well as lead advisory work.
Kenneth performs valuation and financial due diligence for merger & acquisitions, financial reporting, litigation and internal references. He is passionate about examining the historical performance and prospects of companies, building reliable and supportable financial models and assigning a dollar value to each company. Kenneth is also a fan of horses and now is currently studying MSc Equine at the University of Edinburgh.
Kenneth been performing valuation and due diligence for over 10 years. He holds a CFA Charter and a CAIA Charter and is a member of the RICS. Kenneth and his team assist clients in determining the right prices they should pay for their investments and supporting board decisions on accepting or rejecting investment options. The team also performs valuations on different businesses, financial instruments, intangible assets and fixed assets for financial reporting purposes.
