Mr. G.A. Venkatesan has wide experience in Steel making and casting of Billets and Blooms of different grades. He has worked in Steel plants in India, Saudi Arabia, West Indies, and Germany. New Production records achieved in every Plant and every Division he worked. Very strong relationship with the working team. Focus on Training and Development of employees.
Mr. Hitesh Kumar Agarwal has imbued the company culture with a fresh and unique perspective. A graduate in Industrial Engineering from the reputed University of Michigan (USA), he is responsible for managing all aspects of production operations. In a short time, he has substantially accelerated company growth with his well-rounded vision and dedicated commitment to the success of the group. Currently, he serves in the capacity of CEO of the MPL Group.
Mr. Rahul Agarwal adds a much-needed touch of creativity to the business proceedings of the MPL Group. He has completed his under-graduation in Business Administration from IBS Hyderabad followed by an MBA in Family Business Management from the distinguished SP Jain Institute of Management and Research. A highly motivated member of the team, his is a vital presence in all our new initiatives, particularly in the expansion of real estate development projects. He is also heading the Sponge Division of the company.
Mr. Rajkumar Agarwal has pursued his graduate education from the renowned University of Sheffield, United Kingdom. He has a keen eye for what makes a product click and an equally strong people's connect. Putting two and two together, his central areas of operation are marketing and customer relationship management. His one of a kind, strong relationship building capabilities have been instrumental in the organization expanding beyond the state and achieving national recognition. Currently, he serves in the capacity of CMO of the MPL Group.
Mr. Ramniranjan Agarwal has been associated with the MPL Group for more than three decades. His educational training in commerce and early initiation into the steel business has resulted in a rich and unmatched industry experience of nearly 36 years. Mr. Agarwal's nuanced insights, understanding of finance and sound technical know-how have helped the company make great strides in key areas of growth such as raw material procurement, strategy development and overall management. Currently, he serves in the capacity of Chairman of the MPL Group.
Mr. UD Bokil's unparalleled experience in the steel sector is an invaluable asset to the MPL Group. In his four decades in the industry, he has held several important profiles for reputed organizations such as SAIL and VSP. For the latter, he has been both on the commercial side as Regional Manager (Marketing) and the technical side as Project Engineer and Resident Engineer. He has also worked for the private sector as Project Head and Chief Executive of an integrated steel plant. His strength lies in his effective managerial skills and rich technical expertise. Currently, he serves in the capacity of Chief Advisor to the MPL Group. He heads expansion projects and has a key role in strategy development.
Mr. Vinod Kumar Agarwal's experience of nearly 32 years in the sector is the source of his brilliant business acumen. His primary areas of focus are finance and marketing. Simultaneously, he is responsible for looking after the overall growth of theMPL Group. His deep knowledge and sharp judgment have furthered the company's abilities to tap into major opportunities and achieve new heights. He has been instrumental in the group's diversification, expansion and acquisition journey. Currently, he serves in the capacity of Director of the MPL Group.
