Jeff serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Aeyon. He is responsible for finance functions including accounting, financial planning, treasury, and tax. Jeff has more than 25 years of diverse financial management experience with leadership roles in government contracting, private equity-backed, and high growth companies, both publicly traded and privately held. With a focus on partnering with management teams and delivering shareholder value, his depth of experience includes strategic planning and analysis, capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, accounting operations, and corporate financial management. Jeff lives with his wife Julie, three children, and two very disobedient Labrador Retrievers, in Loudoun County, Virginia.

As Chief Transformation Officer, Mark brings 30 years of experience specializing in project and program management in delivering transformational projects, implementation of new business models, and organizational restructuring to his work at Aeyon. He enjoys applying his 20 years Active Duty Navy Service experience to serving the Department of Defense in supporting our Airmen, Soldiers, Sailors and Marines. "Hogy" also brings his considerable expertise to crafted brews as a Certified Beer Judge under the Beer Judge Certification Program.

As Chief Growth Officer of Aeyon, Pat is responsible for the Strategic Growth and Business Development of company. Pat works with Sunny and the entire executive leadership to plot a path of success for the company as a whole but provide strategy and leadership to the individual sectors and service lines that Aeyon offers. Pat started his career as an auditor before jumping into consulting. He then started and ran a successful small business before assisting in the growth of other small to mid-range companies in the government consulting sector. Pat and his family live in Arlington, VA and spends most of his downtime traveling, golfing, hiking, or snowboarding.

As President & Chief Executive Officer, Sunny provides leadership and vision for Aeyon. He is responsible for company direction, strategic goals, and growth objectives with a focus on delivering transformative solutions for defense and civil missions. Sunny's dynamic management style ensures consistent delivery excellence to customers and fosters a strong culture of professional growth within Aeyon. Sunny brings more than 15 years of executive leadership experience as a Founder and former Chief Executive Officer of a transportation and logistics company which served the Department of Defense. Sunny lives with his wife and high school sweetheart, Neha, and their son in Northern Virginia.

As Chief Integration Officer, Tammie works closely with the transition team to ensure the highest efficiencies are achieved while merging MTS with Aeyon. Prior to joining Aeyon, Tammie served as President and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Manufacturing Technical Solutions, Inc. (MTS). With 35 years of leadership, business, and financial expertise in the government sector, she has held numerous positions including VP of Operations, Business Manager, and Director of Business Services in support of NASA programs. Ms. Hayes served on the first NASA MSFC Small Business Executive Leadership Team, where she assisted other small businesses with opportunities, acquisition strategies, and mentoring. In 2015, she received the NASA Distinguished Public Service Medal. Ms. Hayes holds an MBA, a BS in Business Administration, and is a Certified Professional Contracts Manager. She and her husband, Rudy, live in Madison, Alabama and enjoy trips to the beach, lake, and river; white water rafting; growing roses; baking anything sweet; and spending time with the family.
