Dina is the Manager of UBImedical at University of Beira Interior (UBI), an incubator focused on Health and Life-Science sectors. Among other duties, she is responsible for the creation and scale up of start-ups coming from UBI, as well as the organization and management of international projects with other stakeholders from incubators, universities, companies, while also responsible for also attracting and managing the clinical studies at the Coordination Centre for Clinical Trials of UBI/UBImedical. She is an integrated researcher at CEG-IST - Centre for Management Studies /IST-University of Lisbon (since 2013), where she performed her Post-Doc studies and collaborator researcher at NECE- Research Centre in Business Sciences/University of Beira Interior (since 2018), where her major interests and publications are in the fields of entrepreneurship and innovation. She was part of a program managed by the Portuguese Ministry of Science and Technology dedicated to technology transfer, which made possible a set of missions abroad in institutions like University of Texas, University of California at San Diego, at the US, the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, The Weizmann Institute and Tel-Aviv University, in Israel, and Bergen University in Norway. Dina is a member of the EIT Food RIS Council, Mentor of the EIT Health Mentoring and Coaching Network (MCN) and of BGI - Building Global Innovators. She participated in 15 EU and national projects and is co-inventor of 1 patent in the field of brain stimulation.

Jorge won his PhD degree in the field of Radiation detectors at the University of Coimbra. His PhD work was performed at The Weizmann Institute of Sciences, Israel. He is the author/co-author of more than 50 papers published in international journals and conference proceedings. Additionally, he acts as a regular referee for the international scientific journal IEEE Transactions on Nuclear Science and sporadically for others international journals. Jorge has expertise in innovation for the development of devices to be applied in Nuclear and Astrophysics Instrumentation. His expertise from a different field, make him an excellent consultor for future out-of-the-box innovative applications for our solution.

João Leitão, holds a doctorate in Economics from UBI, with an aggregation in Entrepreneurship and Technological changes by, IST, University of Lisbon (UL), Portugal. He is an associated professor with aggregation at UBI, director of the UBI Executive program, Business School. He is a researcher at NECE, Research Center in Business Sciences, UBI. He is a Researcher associated with CEG-IST - Center for Management Studies of IST & ICS - Institute of Social Sciences, UL. His research interests are: Entrepreneurship; Innovation; and Organizational Economics. Editor of the Springer Book Series: Studies in Entrepreneurship, Structural Change and Industrial Dynamics. Member of the Editorial Board of Sustainability, MDPI; The International Review on Public and Nonprofit Marketing, Springer; Revista Portuguesa de Estudos Regionais, APDR; Public Policy Portuguese Journal, UMPP; Discover Sustainability, Springer; Challenges, MDPI; and Businesses, MDPI.
