Today, Nomu is focused on investing in ventures with demonstrated product-market fit. We are backed by some of MENA's most prominent family offices, angel investor and corporate and we invest worldwide... Nomu started life in 2019 as a venture studio based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. We launched numerous MVP's and spun out a successful venture in the FoodTech platform space, Jumlaty.app. Jumlaty's rapid growth absorbed the entire Nomu operations team. Therefore, Nomu Ventures pivoted!... We invest alongside some of the world's leading angel and institutional investors. We are sector-agnostic, with a mandate to invest into category-defining companies with an immense market potential. We don't invest into ‘incremental' startups. We invest across stages from Seed upwards, typically into post-revenue companies with demonstrated product-market fit and a road-tested growth engine. We are not geographically restricted and have invested across MENA, the US and the UK amongst others.
