Eric Stewart is the owner of Atlantic Business Capital, Inc. a full-service commercial lending advisory & brokerage firm and has been structuring finance solutions for both Commercial real estate investors and business owners since 1996 with products ranging from equipment leases to commercial real estate loans as well as assumption representation & consulting.

Michael brings solid experience with nearly every stage of residential real estate investing: from finding off-market discount properties, planning and managing renovation. Michael Wagman is the managing partner and co-founder of Nimble Capital group. A real estate investment company currently holds a portfolio of $60million between multi-family, retail/commercial, and raw-land assets. Michael began his real estate investing journey at the ripe young age of 25, with no prior knowledge and the sheer stubbornness to succeed. He began by doing fix-and-flip projects all across central Florida. With a lot of sweat equity (and blood and tears), he slowly acquired a portfolio of smaller multifamily buildings. In 2020 he moved to Phoenix, Arizona, where he met his business partner, and Nimble Capital Group was born. Since then, Nimble has acquired real estate all over the Southwest and provided solid and consistent returns to its investors.

Mike co-founded Nimble Capital Group with the desire to help others find the path to financial freedom through multi-family real estate. For the last two decades, Mike has had roles in executive leadership, technical support, and strategic sales for three multi-billion-dollar organizations in the construction supply industry. During this time, he built a solid foundation of leading and developing people, expanding into new markets, and cultivating client relationships, while having full responsibility for a $100MM division. Today, Mike is a managing partner and oversees 333 multi-family units as well as multiple development projects across the Southwest. He and his partner have $60MM in assets under management. Additionally, he holds limited partnership interests in 342 multi-family units in Colorado, Idaho, and Florida. Outside real estate, Mike's energy is focused on traveling and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
