Northern Plains Erosion Control began in 2012 established initially to fulfill a demand for straw wattles by the North Dakota Transportation Department. German machinery was purchased to make wattles and the new company began producing weed seed free wattles in Belfield, North Dakota... We've worked with ND DOT to supply erosion control products for Interstate I-94 from Richardton to Hebron. NPEC supplied products for McKenzie County Route 37 and 125 and Dunn County 101 Ave road construction.
