Eric Jansen is the Founder and CEO of Nexxt, a consulting firm that helps organisations dramatically increase business performance and employee engagement.
Eric is an experienced business leader and entrepreneur who is driven by a desire to bring out the best in people and the organisations they work for.
Eric's career has spanned many sectors, including teaching, consulting, marketing, corporate finance and technology. A global citizen, Eric has lived and worked in Australia, New Zealand, Germany, the United Kingdom and the USA.
Eric is a keen problem solver who loves a challenge. He has a curious mindset , always seeking to understand "the story behind the story".
Eric is the husband of the wonderful Sandy, the father of two teenage girls who do him proud every day, and is also an avid skier, runner and triathlete. He has competed in 20 marathons, numerous triathlons and one Ironman (one was enough!).
