Kevin Craggs joined IMG Academy in June 2019 as the Director of Golf. He brings more than three decades of experience to the role as a PGA Professional, with more than 25 years as a dedicated coach.
After playing on the European tour for several years, Kevin moved into coaching and for many years was the Scottish National Team Coach. He built his career on developing golfers at all levels, from the juniors through the professional ranks on both the European and U.S. tours. He has worked with the likes of Scottish golfing legend Colin Montgomerie and IMG Academy alumna Paula Creamer.
Over the past decade, his teaching methodology and philosophies have been featured in many of the most influential and top-selling golf publications across the world, including 12 cover story features.
Craggs joined IMG from Bishop's Gate Golf Academy, where he served as Director of Golf Coaching and Instruction.

Coming from the world of public education, Michael Lehan earned his senior leadership role through an unconventional route. Never having served as a classroom teacher, he completed six years competing in the NFL for the Miami Dolphins and Cleveland Browns when his athletic career ended and he was tapped to become a dean of students and assistant principal for the Osseo Area Schools, the fifth largest school system in Minneapolis serving 25,000 students in three high schools and several dozen elementary and middle schools. He was soon promoted to principal of Osseo Senior High School, where he led the school for five years and was named 2020 Principal of the Year by the Minnesota Association of Secondary School Principals. During his tenure he guided his high school to its first ranking as one of "The Best High Schools" in the nation by US News and World Report for three consecutive years.

Tom has been playing Lacrosse since a young age and has been a coach, teacher, business owner and sports administrator throughout his professional career.
Tom was a four time NCAA All American at Syracuse University. After college, Tom played 12 years for the professional indoor team, the Philadelphia Wings who retired his number in 2006. He was inducted into the National Lacrosse League Hall of Fame in 2007, US National Lacrosse Hall of Fame in 2008 and the Canadian Lacrosse Hall of Fame in 2012. Prior to joining us at the Academy, Tom was the varsity boy's lacrosse coach at McDonogh School, Glenelg County School and Friends School, both in Maryland. Through his own endeavors, Tom has successfully managed a camp lacrosse business, instructing over 17,500 lacrosse players throughout the United States since 1995.
