When PAM Health at Home was founded in 2008 by Eddie and Brandis Wilmore, it was originally called Be Healthy at Home. The Wilmores saw a need to increase access to health care and provide quality care for people within their homes. In 2018, the Wilmores entered into a joint venture with PAM Health, and Be Healthy at Home became PAM Health at Home, a subsidiary of PAM Health. Combined with PAM Health's extensive network of long-term acute care and rehabilitation hospitals with inpatient and outpatient services around Texas, PAM Health at Home offers an unmatched continuum of care for patients to receive continuing care at home after discharging from a post-acute care setting.
