Performa Inc. is a family owned company established by brothers Richard, Michael, and Greg Hutchins on December 23, 2003. They are an industrial high performance coating and fluid applied (resinous) flooring applications company. Prior to their incorporation, they successfully operated for 10 years as Performa Quality Painting and specialized in architectural/industrial coating and spray-applied foundation waterproofing. Since the their incorporation, Performa has become the largest resinous application company in the state of Alaska. They accept jobs both in Alaska and out of state. Performa has completed projects for household shops to commercial industrial buildings that are over 110,000+ square feet. They have had an impeccable reputation in the coatings industry as an aggressive company that operates with integrity in all it does. Performa, Inc. is licensed as a general contractor in the State of Alaska. Performa's offices and yard facilities are located in Palmer, AK.
