The Children's Center at the Phoenix Center is a 92 bed skilled nursing facility complete with a state-of-the-art respiratory care program. We are centrally located in Haskell, NJ, with access to all of the prominent hospitals in the tri-state area. We accept all insurances and serve children from birth through 21 years from in and out of state, when skilled nursing along with rehabilitative care is recommended.
