Agnieszka is an Assistant Vice President at Pivotal Corporate, providing tailored solutions and support to our clients in both establishing and expanding their presence in Ireland.
Agnieszka has over 15 years' experience, primarily in both financial services and corporate restructuring across a range of industries including real estate, aviation, construction and production, across multiple jurisdictions, maintaining excellent standards of delivery in relation to the management of a large portfolio of clients.
Agnieszka is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in Ireland and also holds a master's degree in Hotel Management of Katowice School of Economics.

Catriona is an Assistant Vice President at Pivotal Corporate. She has extensive experience in working on aviation finance transactions, with a particular focus on delivering solutions to clients in connection with asset backed securitization deals.
Catriona's prior experience also includes working as audit senior on a portfolio of corporate services clients across a range of industries including food, hospitality, real estate and construction and retail.
Catriona holds a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Limerick. She is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in Ireland.

David is a founder of Pivotal Corporate and heads up our New York office. He has over 20 years' experience working in asset finance, particularly in relation to US based private equity investments in the area of aviation finance. He has advised and assisted many clients across a wide range of industries and sectors over many years, including complex aviation finance transactions and cross border private equity investments.
Previously, David held the position of European Tax Director at an international manufacturing company headquartered in Ireland and was responsible for managing their European tax function. He has also worked in a professional advisory capacity with KPMG LLP (both in the US and in Ireland).
David is the Chairman of CMRF, Inc. (fundraising arm of Crumlin Hospital) in New York. He is a founding member of the Emerging Leaders' Board of CMRF, Inc. He is also a board member of the IIBN and the Ireland-US Council.

David is responsible for the output on our non-ABS side of the business with his primary focus being excellence in delivery. David has gained valuable experience to date working with an existing corporate service provider, having been promoted to Head of Client Services within 4 years of joining. He has also worked with a large corporation providing accounting support to listed funds, ranging from 100m to 700m.
David has collated a vast knowledge of client operations across a range of industries such as aviation (both SPV and platform transactions), pharmaceutical, loan origination and property development. He has also acted on the board of client entities including financing, servicing and AOE's.
David holds a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Limerick. He is also a member of the Chartered Accountants Ireland and holds a diploma in IFRS from the Chartered Accountants of Ireland and a Diploma in Aviation Leasing & Finance from the Law Society of Ireland.
Eoin Ryan - Managing Director

Eoin is the Managing Director and a co-founder of Pivotal Corporate. He has a proven track record assisting new business start-ups as they build out their businesses in Ireland. Eoin worked in PwC before going to work in several other leading top 10 accountancy firms across audit and advisory roles.
Eoin has over 20 years' experience in financial services, including directorship experience, on all company matters across a variety of industries with a particular focus on asset finance, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, finance and business planning. He has advised business owners across a variety of sectors including international services, real estate and construction, healthcare, retail and aviation.
Eoin is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, a member of the Irish Taxation Institute. Eoin holds a Diploma in Corporate Governance. He is also a director (and past president) of the Limerick Chamber of Commerce and involved in not-for-profit organisations.

Gary heads up the San Francisco office of Pivotal Corporate as a Senior Advisor and Managing Director. He has over 24 years' experience in aviation-focused asset finance. Gary is currently the Principal at Capitola Partners, an aviation finance consulting and advisory firm. Previously, he served as EVP and Principal at Vx Capital Partners as part of the founding team and ultimately led capital markets, finance, investor relations and administration with key responsibility for debt and equity financings, highlighted by the VXF equity fund and CARGO ABS.
Gary holds a BA from UCLA and an MBA from UC Davis Graduate School of Management and serves on the Dean's Advisory Council. Gary is also an Adjunct Lecturer at UC Davis Graduate School of Management and St Mary's College in investments, finance and management.

Joe has extensive experience working in aviation-related asset finance. Previously, Joe held the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Wings Capital Partners and was the lead on accounting, tax, reporting, and financial analysis functions. He managed two asset backed securitizations (Wave 2017-1 $480M, Wave 2019 -1 $678M) and numerous bank facilities with several different financial institutions while at Wings Capital Partners.
Prior to joining Wings, Joe worked for Aviation Capital Group as the Assistant Vice President, Finance and Accounting. Joe has a BA in Business Economics and a Minor in Accounting from UCLA. He is a licensed CPA with the California Board of Accountancy.

Katie is an Assistant Vice President at Pivotal Corporate. She has a wealth of experience from the corporate services industry, having recently worked closely with a large global real estate group to provide their back-office function on a day-to-day basis.
Katie completed her training contract with a ‘big 4' firm and has previously worked with a large corporate services provider before joining Pivotal Corporate. Whilst her most recent experience is largely within the real estate sector, Katie has also worked across a range of clients from different industries such as hospitality, construction, retail etc.
Katie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University College Cork and is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

Marie is a Vice President with Pivotal Corporate, bringing over 5 years of expertise in the aviation leasing sector. Marie has experience in managing portfolios of commercial aircraft, leading teams to produce timely and accurate information, and ensuring excellent client relationships.
Prior to moving into the corporate services industry, Marie spent 4 years with EY Dublin as an Audit Assistant Manager, and during that time, Marie worked across multiple industries including Engineering and Construction, Internet and Technology, Pharmaceutical and Manufacturing.
Marie holds an honours Bachelor of Business Studies degree from the University of Limerick and is a member of the Chartered Accountants of Ireland.

Mark is a Vice President with Pivotal Corporate, providing support and guidance to international companies and private equity firms who are building out their European platforms. Mark has served on several boards with a particular focus on international private equity investments across property and aviation sectors.
Mark has over 8 years' experience working in financial services, assisting both private equity and corporate clients, across multiple jurisdictions providing client focused solutions and maintaining excellent standards of delivery in relation to the management of a large portfolio of SPV clients. Mark also worked with an ASX listed investment and fund management company.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (hons) degree from the University of Limerick. He is also a member of the Chartered Accountants of Ireland.

Michael manages our Dublin office and has worked in professional and corporate services for over 20 years. Michael has previously worked in two prominent corporate service providers across a variety of roles in operations and business development. Michael also has extensive Director experience, having served on over 160 client boards, predominantly in aviation leasing.
Prior to moving into corporate services, Michael was an Assurance manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Michael is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, with diplomas in International Financial Reporting Standards and Aviation Leasing and Financing. He also has a B.Sc. (Accounting) degree from University College Cork and a Masters in Accounting from University College Dublin.
Following completion of a Diploma in Aviation Leasing and Financing, Michael lectured on the topic of corporate service providers as part of the diploma in subsequent years. Michael also previously served as a council member of the Irish Debt Securities Association.

Michelle is an Assistant Vice President at Pivotal Corporate. She has over 11 years' experience working in practice across various industries and companies mainly comprising of large complex multinationals with a shared service centre based in EMEA or managing global compliance requirements on an outsourced basis.
Michelle's prior experience also includes working as audit manager on a portfolio of corporate services clients across a range of industries including pharmaceutical, technology, credit unions etc.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Institute of Technology Limerick and is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants in Ireland.

Michelle joins Pivotal as a Vice President. Michelle has broad aviation experience having spent over 3 years working with aircraft lessors on deals between 250m to 630m prior to joining another well-known corporate service provider where she principally managed a warehouse transaction with a portfolio of 35+ aircraft.
Michelle also worked across a number of other industries as a financial and management accountant including construction (with projects between 500-750m) and an ASX listed mining company.
Michelle is a chartered accountant and holds an honours Bachelor of Business Studies degree from the University of Limerick.

Noelle is a chartered accountant with 9 years PQE and joins Pivotal Corporate as a Vice President. She has extensive experience working on aviation finance transactions.
Prior to joining Pivotal Corporate, Noelle spent 4 years at another well-known corporate service provider where she led a team that managed ABS and Warehouse transactions with funding in excess of $1bn. Noelle has wide-ranging experience having worked with both first time and repeat issuers and has also assisted clients with refinancings and portfolio sales.

Paula is part of the senior leadership team of Pivotal Corporate as Head of Structured Finance. She has over 15 years' aviation finance experience with a particular focus on ABS and Warehouse transactions.
Paula spent the first 8 years of her career in engine leasing with roles at Shannon Engine Support. Prior to joining Pivotal, Paula held senior positions at two Corporate Service Providers who are well-known within the Aviation industry; where she managed large portfolios of asset backed transactions.
Paula holds a BA in Accounting & Finance and is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants.

Peter has extensive experience working in the aviation leasing and finance industry. Prior to joining Pivotal Corporate, he spent two years with an existing service provider as a VP, where he was responsible for a large portfolio of aviation leasing and finance structures. Peter completed his training as a chartered accountant with Deloitte, where he worked as an audit manager in the financial services department focusing primarily on the aviation finance sector. During his time with Deloitte, he also managed several advisory projects with large global aircraft lessors.
Peter is a graduate of the University of Galway and holds a Batchelor of Commerce degree and a Masters in Accounting. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Accounts in Ireland and received a Diploma in Aviation Leasing & Finance from the Law Society of Ireland.

Rosemarie is Head of Operations for Pivotal Corporate, providing support and guidance to our teams in relation to their clients, whilst ensuring the appropriate systems are in place to allow for a seamless delivery of services.
Rosemarie has over 15 years' experience working with two large corporate service providers, fulfilling both internal operational roles as well as client facing positions which included, company secretarial, client onboarding, senior client manager and most recently Head of Client Services before commencing her current role at Pivotal Corporate. She has also acted on the Board of several client entities. Her vast knowledge of the different aspects of the corporate services business means she is focused on getting to know her client's business and finding solutions to their needs in a timely manner.
Rosemarie holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Studies degree from the Limerick Institute of Technology.

Shawn joins the senior leadership team of Pivotal Corporate as a Senior Advisor to the Board. He has over 25 years' experience across the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom with a proven track record of accomplishment and leadership in areas such as operations, legal, compliance and fintech.
Shawn's career to date includes both general counsel and CCO roles with Luminus Management LLC, DW Partners (Brevan Howard spinout), Calypso Capital, Cheyne Capital and Guggenheim Partners. Currently, he is a founding partner, CEO and general counsel of Clear Sky Advisors as well as acting as a board advisor and board member to a number of companies across both asset management and compliance sectors.
Shawn holds a JD degree in Law from Brooklyn Law School as well as a Hons. Bachelor of Social and Political Science.
