Vickie S. Poliard, founder of The Poliard Law Firm, LLC, was born and raised in Miami, FL to Haitian immigrant parents. She graduated from Florida State University in 2009 with a Bachelor degree in Communications. While at Florida State, Ms. Poliard was a member of various clubs and organization, devoting much of her time to volunteering with the Early Learning Coalition.
