Caroline has over 15 years of experience in the legal services field as a law clerk.
Counsel to the firm, Caroline has a general practice focused on appellate litigation and legal drafting.
Caroline is originally from Edmonton and Regina, and now lives in Calgary.
Caroline is an associate professor and director of the pan Canadian French Common Law Program at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law.
She is also a member of the consulting committee of Jurisource.ca, a pan Canadian database of legal terminology and resources, where she is responsible for making recommendations to the Board to improve content and awareness of the website.
Before joining the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law, Caroline worked as bilingual legal counsel for the Alberta Court of Appeal. In this position, she gained considerable experience in appeal matters. Caroline also previously worked as a tax lawyer in Calgary.
Caroline served as law clerk at the Supreme Court of Canada.
Darby practices civil litigation primarily in the area of public law. He is passionate about the opportunity that public law presents to advance social and economic justice.

Giacomo brings his litigation experience to contribute to the firm's constitutional and administrative law practice.
Jennifer was an adjunct professor at UBC's Allard School of Law, where she taught Women, Law and Social Change.
Joshua's teaching, research, and practice centre on marginalized communities, particularly racial, gender, and sexual minorities. In academia, he theorizes the complex relationships amongst law and identity, while in practice he explores the intersection of these relationships with public, constitutional, and criminal law. Joshua is passionate about translating the experience of minority groups into tangible legal claims and has litigation experience before all levels of court, including as lead counsel before the Supreme Court of Canada.
Joshua Sealy Harrington received the University of Ottawa Common Law "Part-time Professor Excellence in Teaching Award" for the "Race, Racism and the Law" course he taught last summer
Juliette's practice focuses on the appellate process. She is principally interested in public law, constitutional law, criminal law, Quebec procedural law, and rights protected by the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
Juliette is a lecturer at the University of Sherbrooke Law Faculty on appellate procedures.

Mark concentrates his practice on litigation and dispute resolution in a number of public and private law fields. He takes his clients' challenges to heart, and offers a wide array of strategic and legal services, including in the area of government relations.
Originally from greater Montreal, Maxine provides legal and strategic advice to educational institutions, including pre-school, "K-12", and postsecondary institutions, as well as not-for-profit organisations, across Canada.
Maxine was a member of the team representing the University of Ottawa at the Jean-Pictet Moot Court Competition in international humanitarian law (2011), and at the Charles-Rousseau Moot Court in International Public Law (2012).
