Jennifer brings over a decade of experience to her position as Senior Property Manager. She is the primary liaison between staff, contractors, and tenants ensuring that everything is running smoothly across our various residential and commercial properties. We take pride in our buildings and in providing an excellent level of service and maintenance to our residents, tenants, and property owners.
Our Senior Property Manager brings over a decade of experience to her position. Jennifer holds our properties to a high standard and is diligent in maintaining and possibly exceeding these standards. She is responsible for reviewing each apartment after a move-out and addresses any repairs that are required. Jennifer is the liaison between staff, contractors and tenants.
Kaitlyn comes from a background of community and justice services where she has had lots of interaction with clients. Her background allows her to create a good rapport with tenants and be kind and compassionate while helping them. Kaitlyn enjoys interacting and getting to know the tenants through viewings, phone calls, and everything in between. She always wants to help and allows the tenants to know they can always count on her if they have an issue or need assistance in anyway.
Our Property Accountant has over a decade of experience in accounting and the property industry. Raquel is responsible for Accountant Department. Raquel is known to be the go to person for at the office.
