Mr. Phongpun has over 10 years of proven expertise in banking and real estate management, his performance has begun with analyzing and offering loans for real estate development. Mr. Phongpun later entered in a real estate developer, in both low- rise residential buildings and condominiums, obtained the good experience of marketing, sales and various real estate developments, including real estate development fund. Afterwards, Mr. Phongpun got an opportunity to be in a Property and Infrastructure Investment at SCB Asset Management Co., Ltd, as various types of Property Fund manager, i.e., rental offices, retails, and hotels, he gained more experience with seeing the differences and key points for each property management. Mr. Phongpun has then worked with Gland group as a REIT Manager, well performed in REIT management, such as, office building management, and he has also developed the management for retails and hotels of Central group as Risk Management and Compliance, so he could see clearly the overall of REIT Management. With above mentioned experiences, Mr. Phongpun would be able to increase the unitholders' value through the best return from the investment.
For over 30 years of experience and expertise in Fund and Investment management, Mr. Vorasit has proven his ability and expert in various property developments in Thailand, both residential development for sale and land development for industrial zone, factory and warehouse. Mr. Vorasit is an executive director of many relevant organizations, for instance, Director and CEO of M.K. Real Estate Development Plc., a residential developer in Thailand under the "Chuan Chuen" brand, Managing Director of Finansa Plc., an investment banking company, and Executive Director of Prospect Development Co., Ltd., a land and real estate development for industrial zone company. With the great experience and expertise in these types of business development, Mr. Vorasit performs his important role of decision and support for all current and further REIT management.

Ms. Aon-Anong has more than 17 years of proven experience in real estate investment, she is an operation expert in Property Fund accounting and act as various types of Property Fund manager, including factory, warehouse, retail, and hotels. She is also a co-founder of the Trustee department of REIT which provides control and audit services for REIT in various aspects. Ms. Aon-Anong was a Chief Executive Offer of Asia Hospitality REIT Advisors Co., Ltd, a REIT manager company, VP and Head of Trustee of Real Estate Investment Trust Department of SCB Asset Management Co., Ltd., AVP and Property & Infrastructure Investment Group, Property fund manager of SCB Asset Management Co., Ltd. With the valued experience, Ms. Aon-Anong could deliver the effective and harmonized REIT management for both operation system and property management, and offer the best return for unitholders.
Ms. Pakavalee has more than 10 years of great experience in corporate finance and investment, and real estate development, including public company management. Ms. Phakawalee was an Independent Director and Director of many relevant organizations, such as, Assistant Managing Director of KGI Securities (Thailand) Plc., a securities brokerage, securities dealing, investment advisory, and securities underwriting company, Managing Director and Investment Banking Advisor of Finansa Securities Co., Ltd., Chairman and Independent Director of BJC Heavy industries Plc., a large industrial manufacturing and setting company, Independent Director and Audit Committee of Chillmatch Co., Ltd. Ms. Phakawalee is currently a Managing Director of V Advisory Co., Ltd. With the ability, expertise and experience in these field, Ms. Phakawali performs an important role in all aspects of audit, consultation, and also REIT management. All operations must become clear, correct, more and more transparent.

Ms. Rachanee has been playing an outstanding role for this industry for over 30 years, and has been through many economic crises. Ms. Rachanee is the founder of many projects in Thailand, such as, land development for industrial zone under a project named Bangkok Free Trade Zone, she is also an executive director of many relevant organizations, for instance, Executive Director of M.K. Real Estate Development Plc., a residential developer in Thailand under the "Chuan Chuen" brand, Senior Vice President of Direct Investment of Finansa Plc., an investment banking company, and Managing Director of Prospect Development Co., Ltd., a land and real estate development for industrial zone company. With the expertise and high experience, the REIT will be developed under the great control, good decision and support will be delivered for all current and further REIT management.

Ms. Sunisa has been working in fund management business and banking for over 15 years, she has equipped with high skilled management of fund operation, property fund, mutual fund, and private fund, she could have clearly seen various administration perspectives. Ms. Sunisa has later been a Mutual Fund Supervisor and Custodian, and offered supervising and verifying the information accuracy and net asset value of mutual fund. Ms. Sunisa used to work in Compliance division, studied all relevant regulations and laws, and she was also a Head of Compliance and Risk Management Department of Asia Hospitality REIT Advisor Co., Ltd,, a REIT Manager company, Chief Operating Officer (Private funds) of Patra Asset Management Co., Ltd., and a Senior Assistant Director of Investment Operations of Muang Thai Life Assurance Plc. With above mentioned experiences, Ms. Sunisa could well perform the effective REIT management, and professionally manage all clear and veritable processes in order to bring about the best return for all unitholders.
