Ed Kenny - CTO

Ed has been in the payments processing business for over 20 years serving as CEO of EFS Data, an issuing and acquiring processor software company. Ed's expertise includes management, design, and implementation of bank payments platforms. These platforms manage accounts, transaction authorizations, invoicing, accounting, settlements, card issuance, and program management. Ed also has in depth working knowledge of bank compliance and regulations. His role as CTO will be to implement the payments platform and manage development of new technological initiatives.

Eric Helgeland - Chief Strategy Officer

Eric brings over three decades of strategy development, new business creation, and marketing experience. He has successfully developed new businesses for First Chicago (cash management business initiatives), Household International (consumer banking and private label credit), NatWest (consumer lending), Intersect (marketing analytics), Fingerhut, (internet and direct retail M&A, new customer acquisition). Swish Marketing (internet lead generation), and Speedy Cash (prepaid debit cards, short term lending). A graduate of Northwestern University, Eric is a valued consultant to financial, internet, and marketing firms.

Steve Kaminski - COO

Steve has worked in community association banking for 18 years serving in roles across the enterprise including product development, operations, marketing, training, quality assurance, strategy, and finance. He has driven efforts to increase efficiency, develop forward-leaning products and advanced integration with leading accounting system. Overall, Steve has 30years of experience in the financial services industry as well as a background in education, communication and information technology. He holds a Ph.D. in communication from The Ohio State University.

Tim Christie - CEO, President

An experienced leader and strategist, Tim has spent over 20 years in the HOA/HOA Banking industry. From the early days leading Canada's National non-profit related to HOAs/Condominiums through running Smartstreet for RBC & as a consultant to the industry for a number of banks, Tim has a broad and strategic view of what is important to the Qommonwealth Ecosystem. Also, Tim has led strategic teams for banks (RBC Bank) and payment companies (First Data), particularly in M & A planning and execution. He knows how companies operate and how to lead large teams. Tim has an MBA from Duke's Fuqua School of Business and is a CFA Charter holder.
