ERGOTEP

The Pardubice Region is systematically devoted to the development of social entrepreneurship. That is why we have established cooperation with Ergotep, whose management has provided very professional training in this area. Ergotep's practical experience was also beneficial in the preparation of the region's subsidy programme to support social entrepreneurship... We are a company based in the picturesque town of Proseč. Our business is varied and we are involved in various projects, be it social or commercial. We started in a small boiler room with assembly work and 4 employees. Today we are a steadily growing company that is getting stronger every year. We have grown from a family business to a company that employs over 300 people, 85% of whom are people with disabilities.
