After spending many years in the hi-tech industry, Dave became a Realtor® several years ago. A long-time resident of the Perth area, he brings a strong knowledge of the area, negotiation expertise (a Master Certified Negotiation Expert), and a penchant for client service. Drawing from his past business experience allows Dave to bring that life experience to his work. He continues to gain knowledge of the business having earned his Broker license 2 years ago. Originally from Montreal, he has also been able to assist French speaking clients. His sales experience includes urban and rural properties, rentals, farms, lakeside cottages and commercial/business sales. When not working, Dave enjoys volunteering at the Legion and local theatre as a lighting and sound technician.
