AL HAWORTH - CEO

Mr. Haworth joined Real Property Health and its affiliated entities as an Advisor to the Christina Jayne Penn Trust and Family Office in November 2019. He was subsequently appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer in March 2021 to reorganize the company, and lead various corporate growth initiatives. Mr. Haworth brings more than 30 years of experience creating distribution platforms and spearheading effective capital raise campaigns in the independent broker-dealer and RIA channels. Prior to joining Real Property Health, he was the CEO of Waypoint Financial Group and was primarily responsible for managing the strategic direction, distribution and operation of the company's capital markets efforts. As CEO of Preferred Capital Securities, he successfully established the firm as a leading issuer of real estate securities and raised approximately $1.

DAWN MARSH - COO

Ms. Marsh's responsibilities include the oversight of the day-to-day operations of our skilled care centers, the management of the company's regional and clinical directors and the management of strategic partnerships and facility specific strategic growth. Ms. Marsh brings over 25 years of post-acute and long-term health care operations experience with over 20 years in her current position. Ms. Marsh is also involved in industry activities as they relate to the implementation and policy direction of senior care regulation and has served 2 years on the executive committee of the WI Healthcare Association.

Dr. Shellie Sonnentag

Dr. Shellie Sonnentag is a seasoned leader in long-term care, with over 28 years of experience as a dietician, registered nurse, nursing home administrator and an adult/geriatric nurse practitioner. She completed her baccalaureate degree in dietetics at the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point and baccalaureate degree in nursing at the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. She completed her doctoral degree in adult/geriatric primary care at the University of Minnesota and holds specialty certifications in the MDS 3.0 as a RAC-CTA, and is both a wound care and QAPI certified professional. Aside from directing the executive level QAPI program and company policy development, Shellie supports clinical and nutritional service operations for all of the RPHF nursing homes and CBRF/RCAC's. Shellie has served as an Education Committee chair for the Wisconsin Health Care Association for over 10 years and is currently co-chair of the Quality Advancement Committee for the Wisconsin Health Care Association/Wisconsin Center for Assisted Living, and a member of the advisory board for the Center for Health Systems Research & Analysis Clinical Resource Center.

JAMES HEBERT - CFO

Mr. Hebert joined RPS in 1999 and advanced to the position of CFO in 2006. Mr. Hebert has 17 years of audit and managerial accounting experience in the healthcare industry primarily relating to the financial operations of nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Mr. Hebert graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting. Early in his career he was staff auditor with a CPA firm specializing in nursing homes, audits, Medicaid and Medicare Cost reports, as well as state and federal tax returns. He also served as a contracted state auditor for Blue Cross/ Blue Shield of Nevada for the Medicaid reimbursement program.

PATRICIA GREEN

Ms. Green directs all aspects of the RPS Group's operations including asset management, dispositions and growth. Ms. Green joined the RPS Group's legal department in 1989 and served as General Counsel for over 13 years. In addition to her responsibilities with the RPS Group, Ms. Green serves as Co-Trustee of the Allan S. Bird Children's Residue Trust and the Allan S. Bird Spouse's Residue Trust. Ms. Green received a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University and a Baccalaureate of Laws from the University of Ottawa. She is a member of the California bar and the Law Society of Upper Canada.

TRACEY SHACKELFORD - CHRO

Tracey Shackelford works with the management team to develop, implement and evaluate the organization's ongoing human resource policies and practices to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations. Specific areas of focus in her current role include, FMLA, ADA, ERISA, and Risk Management while keeping abreast of the ever-changing employment laws affecting our organization and the healthcare industry. Ms. Shackelford is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (SPHR, SHRM-CP) and is a proud active member of the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources (ASHHRA), Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
