Mr. Diaz serves as Resolution Capital's director of asset management. He is responsible to assist in all aspects of administrative, financial, capital and operations of the portfolio's. In his prior role, he served as Analytics Manager for Boston Portfolio Advisors, an asset management and loan portfolio consulting company. In this role, his focus was on collection performance improvement, third-party collection agency oversight, risk management, cash flow modeling / forecasting, and portfolio valuation of over $2 billion in private student loan assets. Mr. Diaz graduated with a Master's of Science in Finance and a Bachelors in Finance and Management from The Florida State University.

Mr. Acimovic serves as Resolution Capital's director of trading. In this capacity, he is responsible for the firm's research and analytics and oversees the firm's investment strategy in consumer finance markets. Prior to joining Resolution Capital he worked at Boston Portfolio Advisors, a privately held consulting firm specializing in consumer credit, where he oversaw the master servicing of over $2 billion in private student loan assets and advised both public and private companies on education finance. Mr. Acimovic graduated with a Masters of Science in Finance and a Bachelors in Finance both from Florida State University.

Mr. Green has served as CEO of Resolution Capital since its inception in 2004. He also serves as CEO of Real Time Resolutions, a role he has held since the firm became independent in April of 2000. Mr. Green has more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industries. Prior to founding Resolution Capital and Real Time Resolutions, he was President of First Plus Financial, Inc. He has also served as Chief Financial Officer of Hanover Property Company and as a principal at Arthur Young & Co. Mr. Green is a board member at the Nasher Sculpture Center of Dallas, the Art and History Museum of Sonoma County, and the Weil Hall Music Center at Sonoma State University. He received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Southern Methodist University where he currently serves on the board of the education department. Following his undergraduate he received an MBA in management from the University of Dallas, a fellowship from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and a law degree from Texas Wesleyan University (now Texas A&M School of Law). Mr. Green advises several figures in state and local government on matters of education policy. Since 2004, Mr. Gramlich has served as COO and President of Resolution Capital. He is also President of Real Time Resolutions. Prior to this he has held senior leadership positions at Red Capital Group, FirstPlus Financial, and Banc One Capital during his 20 years in financial services and investment banking. Mr. Gramlich received a bachelor's degree in finance and in real estate from Southern Methodist University.

Ms. Boedeker has served as CFO Resolution Capital since its inception in 2004. She also serves as CFO of Real Time Resolutions, a role she has held since the firm became independent in April of 2000. Prior to this role, she was Assistant Vice President of Investor Reporting for Western Interstate Bancorp, Mortgage Warehouse Manager of FirstPlus Financial, Inc., and other accounting positions over the past 20 years. Ms. Boedeker received her bachelor's degree from Dallas Baptist University.

Mr. Crawford serves as Resolution Capital's Chief Compliance Officer, a position he also holds for Real Time Resolutions. Responsible for maintaining and operating Resolution Capital's compliance management system, Mr. Crawford's job duties include the resolution of day-to-day complaints, escalations, and customer inquiries, as well as the direction of Resolution Capital's licensing efforts. The CCO reports directly to the company's board of directors and is authorized to call meetings of the board to discuss compliance related matters. He received his bachelor's degree from Arkansas State University and his Juris Doctor from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. Mr. Crawford has over 15 years in both business data processing and bankruptcy legal experience.

Mr. Wayne has served as Resolution Capital's General Counsel since 2010, and assumed responsibility for Risk Management and Internal Audit Departments in 2013. His legal responsibilities include oversight of litigation, corporate, and contract law matters. Prior to joining Real Time, Mr. Wayne served as senior counsel for Warner Stevens, LLP and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Field, LLP. He received his bachelor's degree from Brandeis University, and both his MBA and Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University. Mr. Wayne also serves as General Counsel for Real Time Resolutions.
