Brad Leach, joined in 2019 as President of our Tom's Camperland division overseeing and directly participating in the operations of 3 locations in Arizona. Brad is actively engaged in strategic decisions and planning and expansion in the West as we continue to grow our company.
Brad has a bachelor's degree in Communication, a minor in Marketing from Arizona State University and a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University's W.P. Carey School of Business.

Chris Glenn is a seasoned automotive executive with significant experience in service, parts and technology. Chris most recently served as a managing partner and COO at Motormindz, where he worked with leading service, parts and digital retail technology solutions in the automotive sector. Prior to that, Chris held various management roles for 15 years at AutoNation, including as Vice President of Service.
Don Strollo serves as the East Region President since he joined in 2018. He is responsible for overseeing 11 dealerships located in the Eastern Region. Prior to that Don was President and CEO of RV One Superstores, the world's 5 th largest RV retailer from 2000-2018. (acquired by RV Retailer in 2018).

Donny O'Banion is President of our Motor Home Specialist division in Texas and joined in 2018 when RVR acquired MHS. With over 25 years' experience in the industry, Donny works with manufacturers to help guide product designs and price points for the motorized segment of our industry and is responsible for all aspects of the MHS business. Prior to joining RVR, Donny was CEO of MHS.

Famous P. Rhodes currently serves as corporate vice president, chief marketing and technical officer of RV Retailer, LLC, in such role since November 2019. Prior to assuming his current position, Mr. Rhodes was executive vice president and chief marketing officer of Bluegreen Vacations Corporation, a vacation ownership company, from August 2017 to September 2019, vice president of digital marketing and customer experience for AutoNation, Inc., an automotive retailer, from 2015 to 2017, and vice president of eCommerce for AutoNation, Inc. from 2012 to 2015.

Jennifer Robinson has over two decades of finance and accounting experience, starting her career at Deloitte and serving in finance roles the past 15 years for retail organizations, including public company CFO experience. She held senior finance positions at Michaels Stores, a $5 billion retail company with over 1,000 locations. Jennifer holds a CPA from the State of Texas, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.

Jim Humble President of the West Region of RVR, joined RVR in 2020. Jim will be overseeing the West Region of RVR operations at our 3 locations and looking to grow the RVR family of dealerships in the western region of the country. Jim has been in the RV industry for over 28 years all in Colorado and has worked in every position within a dealership with most recent prior position as the founder/owner of Cousins RV before being acquired by RVR in 2020.

Jon P. Ferrando co-founded RV Retailer, LLC in 2018 and serves as our CEO and President. He is a seasoned Fortune 200 senior executive with a strong strategic orientation and 25 years of experience leading entrepreneurial growth and large public companies. Before RV Retailer, Jon was a key member of the AutoNation senior management team that drove the strategy/execution of AutoNation's extraordinary growth phase from a start-up to a $20 billion enterprise and the largest automotive retailer in the United States.
Prior to joining AutoNation, Mr. Ferrando was a corporate attorney with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in Chicago, Illinois, one of the largest corporate law firms in the world. A native of Kalamazoo, Michigan, Mr. Ferrando graduated from the University of Michigan in 1988 with a B.A. in Economics and from Harvard Law School in 1991.

Kurt Hornung is a 20 year plus automotive executive in the finance and insurance sector. Prior to joining RV Retailer, Kurt was the President of Elite Income Development Group partnering with automotive and RV dealers across the country to improve F&I performance. Kurt also spent 12 years with AutoNation the leader in F&I gross for the industry, holding the position of Vice President of Finance and Insurance for the country's largest automotive retailer with over 300 locations.

Larry Hall is currently the President of RVR's Texas towable brands, Explore USA and Camper Clinic. These locations represent many popular brands like Airstream as well as other brands from Thor and many of the high-quality brands from Forest River, as well as full representation Grand Design, and VanLeigh products. Prior to joining RV Retailer, Larry was the Executive Vice President of Sales and Field Operations for Premier Trailer Leasing, a national provider of commercial equipment to the transportation industry. Prior to his experience in commercial trucking, Larry spent many years with the Ford Motor Company in the various marketing and sales roles around the country, supporting Ford's retail dealer network. Larry has a bachelors degree in Marketing from Oakland University and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.

Mario Lozada is a seasoned IT leader with significant retail technology experience including most recently at Payless ShoeSource, where he led the company's digital transformation by moving all technology from applications to infrastructure to the cloud, while significantly reducing IT operating expenses. Mario holds a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and a Master's degree in Information Technology from Barry University and he served in the United States Air Force as an Information Technology Specialist.

Previously, Raul served as Vice President Corporate Development at AutoNation.

Taylore Elliott is Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer for RV Retailer since 2019 where she manages over 1,300 employees, nationally. Focused on talent development and succession planning to ensure the company's continued growth strategy. Taylore's experience includes over 15 years of human resources leadership roles at, AutoNation, the largest automotive retailer in the United States.
Tim Benter - Chief Legal Officer, VP

Tim Benter currently serves as corporate vice president, general counsel of RV Retailer, LLC, where he is responsible for all legal affairs of the company. Prior to joining RV Retailer, Tim spent 22 years in senior management for Republic Services, an industry leading public company founded by Wayne Huizenga that is the second-largest solid waste and recycling services company in North America with over $10 billion in annual revenue. Tim's most recent legal role was vice president, deputy general counsel and assistant secretary at Republic Services, and he also served in business operations roles including vice president, engineering and environmental compliance.
A native of Baltimore, MD, Tim earned a B.S in Finance from the University of Maryland, J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, and an M.B.A from Arizona State University.
