Andy Schachat

Andy has been involved in the New Hampshire road race/triathlon community for well over 20 years. As a runner Andy has three Boston Marathons to his credit. Behind the scenes Andy has reported on New Hampshire road races and triathlons for various publications and has covered races for radio stations and newspapers. Perhaps he is best known as the "voice" of New Hampshire races having been the announcer at hundreds of Granite State events. Andy is also the founder of the New Hampshire Road Race Hall of Fame.

Bill Godfrey

Job Titles:

One of Millennium's first event's employees, Bill joined Millennium in 2013 and has been working events ever since. A New Hampshire High School State record holder from a previous life, "Coach" Bill brings valuable knowledge to Millennium's club team and now focuses his energy helping his athletes, rather than tearing up the track himself. When not motivating his athletes, Bill can be found in any number of event operation roles from timing to course management.

Christian Lizier

Christian joined Millennium in 2011 as a member of the timing and events team while he served as a high school track coach at his Alma Mater Timberlane High School. As a former college athlete and high school coach, Lizier's insight into running and event operations is a valuable asset to Millennium Running timing and events. In 2015, Lizier left his career as a teacher to join Millennium Running in a full-time capacity as our Director of Timing. In this capacity, Christian oversees the timing of all of Millennium Running's signature, managed, and contracted events.

Clinton Swett

Clint joined Millennium in 2013 as a member of our race day staff but quickly assumed the role of head timer in 2014. An engineer and avid runner, Clint's technical expertise and love for the sport are a valued assets to the Millennium Running timing team.

Cullen Madden - COO

Cullen initially came to Millennium Running in 2013 as race-day staff and quickly assumed the role of head timer in 2014. In the spring of 2015, Madden left his career in teaching to accept the full-time position with Millennium Running as the Director of Operations. Cullen's running background includes competing multiple years in the New England USATF Grand Prix Series as well as completing Ironman - Lake Placid in the summer of 2014. He provides our team with timing and race experience, as well as event management. It is these attributes that allow Cullen to provide runners with the greatest event experience possible.

Dana Breeden

Dana joined Millennium Running in 2011 with 9 years of experience in race timing and coordination. A 2005 Graduate of Pinkerton Academy Dana competed in Cross Country, Indoor and Outdoor Track and field all 4 years for the Astros. He then went on to study Physical Therapy at Ithaca College and competed for the Bombers in the 400 meter and 500 meter as well as the Decathlon. He has continued to race after college competing in Road Races and Short/Long Course Triathlons. It is his hope that he can bring all of this experience and knowledge of racing to provide racers of New England with the best quality races possible.

Jennifer Mortimer

Jennifer joined Millennium Running in June 2013. As a graduate of Boston College with an undergraduate degree in Communications and a Master's degree in Elementary Education, Jennifer works as the main liaison to Millennium Running's clients and serves as the head coach for the Millennium Running Club. In 2013, Jennifer launched an Elite Racing team under the Millennium Running umbrella. Her efforts to bring together some of NH's best athletes paid off in 2014 as the Millennium Running women's team won the USA Track & Field New England Grand Prix Series- which was the first time a NH club has accomplished this feat in the nearly 40 years of the series. Under Jennifer's leadership, the club repeated as Grand Prix champions in 2015. Additionally, Jennifer has a tremendous passion for the sport and has been a competitive runner for many years. A two-time All-American at Boston College, Jennifer currently held the school record for 5000m on the outdoor track in 15:47 and was a qualifier and participant in the 2004 Olympic Trials. Most recently, Jennifer was the first NH female finishers at the 2019 Boston Marathon. IN 2020, she ran a person best in the marathon of 2:52 at the Houston Marathon. Jennifer and John Mortimer, founder of Millennium Running, reside in Bedford, New Hampshire. The Mortimer's have two sons, Jack and Liam.

After a storied career as a runner (high school at Londonderry High School, NH, college at the University of Michigan, professional running career for Adidas & Rebook), and a decade of NCAA Division-I coaching (Harvard, Boston College, and the University of Kentucky), John returned to his native New Hampshire and turned his sights to event management and founded Millennium Running, LLC in 2010. "I was fortunate as an athlete and coach to participate in some of the greatest meets and races in the country and around the world," states Mortimer. "One of the goals of Millennium Running is to bring some the grandeur and professionalism of those major championship events to a local community." Inspired by the success of the Millennium Mile road race (which Mortimer co-founded in 1999 with high school running buddy, Matt Downin and older brother Andy Downin), John decided to change career paths and devote his resources and time to the creation and development of athletic events on a full time basis

Melissa Murray

Melissa was a part of the Millennium Retail team from opening day as a sales associate. Her knowledge and experience from having worked for Nike Stores proved to be invaluable and she was promoted to Assist. Manager after only 6 months. A graduate of UNH and Exeter High School, Melissa is an avid runner and is a member of the Millennium women's racing team.

Mike Peabody - COO

Mike joined Millennium Running in 2011 after completing a student/athlete career at the University of New Hampshire and Londonderry High School (NH). Mike has been competing and working as an athlete, coach, timer and within general event management for the last 20 years, providing timing and race experience from some of the largest events over New England and the country. In just 3 short years under Peabody's direction as Millennium Running's Director of Timing, the company grew from timing just its' own signature events to timing over 100 races annually. In 2015, Peabody was promoted to Millennium Running's Chief Operating Officer. In this capacity, Peabody oversees Millennium Running's signature, managed, and contracted events.

Nancy Peabody

Nancy is an active member of the Millennium Running Club and the Greater Derry Track Club. Nancy previously coached Indoor Track at Londonderry High School as well as serving on the LHS Cross Country & Track Booster Club Board of Directors for more than 10 years. She has enjoyed running road races for many years, currently she is a Master's runner for the Greater Derry Track Club USATF women's team and she has qualified and run the Boston Marathon twice. Nancy has a BA Degree from University of Maine and also works as a Human Resource Assistant at Child and Family Services, in Manchester, NH. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, as well as participating in volunteer and community service programs in her community.
