Mr. Mc Dearmon credit includes working on the Center for Disease Control Building 23 project in Atlanta, Georgia, Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, Baylor Research Institute in Dallas Texas, Wyoming State Veterinary Laboratory in Laramie, Wyoming, The University of Florida Pathogen Research Facility in Gainesville, Florida, The UCLA - CNSI - BSL3 Laboratory in Los Angeles, California. His Banking experience includes projects for Regions Bank, Wachovia bank, Fifth Third Bank, and First Tennessee Bank. Mr. McDearmon is a registered Architect in the States of Georgia, Texas and is certified by the National Council on Architectural Registration Boards. He is also an Accredited Professional in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED Certified). He holds a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, USA.

John T. Sweeny

John T. Sweeny, AIA, is an expert in large-scale housing, educational institutions, and shopping center projects. His partial project responsibilities include the design of the award-winning Phipps Plaza Mall in Atlanta, Georgia, the Nanuett Mall in Nanuett, New York, as well as six community apartment complexes averaging 200 units each in various parts of the country. Mr. Sweeny holds a Professional Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the University of Louisiana. He is a registered architect in the states of Georgia and Minnesota, and is a member of the American Institute of Architects.

His work includes over 80 hotel projects for some of the USA's top hoteliers such as Mariot, Hilton, Choice, InterContinental, Wyndham, and Taj branded hotels. He is an expert in information systems, network administration, Building Information Systems (BIM) software, AutoCad as well as Rivit. He holds a Professional Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the University of Hawaii.

Tony Patel

Tony Patel, AIA combines a keen business acumen with years of experience managing sophisticated corporate, Hospitality and retail facilities and medical projects. He monitors budgets and schedules, helping to ensure that projects provide high value to the client. Mr. Patel's Hospitality experience includes working on the 36 story luxury hotel Waikikian Hotel tower project in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA, the grand Saipan Hotel in Garapan, Saipan, the Double Tree Hotel in Norwalk, Connecticut, the Holiday Inn and Conference Center in Visalia, California. Mr. Patel has attended the Southern California Institute of Architecture and the University of Tucson, Arizona. He is a registered Architect in the states of Hawaii, California, New York and Texas. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and Specifications Institute. His professional Affiliations include the Asian American Hotel Owners Association, Certified Hotel Administrator. His design awards include the Solano Medical Center Award and the International Design Competition for the Taj Hotel in India.
