Charlie is the Co-Founder and Head of Originations of SG Credit Partners, Inc. ("SGCP"). In 2018, Charlie and Marc Cole led the spin out of Super G Capital's cash flow, technology, and special situations division to form SGCP.
Charlie joined Super G Capital, LLC ("Super G") in 2014 to start the cash flow lending division. While there, he established Super G as a market leader in lower middle market second lien, built a deal team from ground up with national reach and generated approximately $150 million in originations.

Chris is a Senior Advisor to SG focused on our Consumer Products and Structured Credit verticals as well as overall firm strategy. Prior to joining SG, Chris was a Founding Partner of Virgo Investment Group, Fund III. In addition to contributing to the Virgo Financial Services platform at Virgo, Chris was a member of Investment Committee and lead the Firm's Risk Management team, and Portfolio Review Committee and lead the Firm's Risk Management team, and Portfolio Review Committee. He was the Chairman of Stonegate, initiated the investment for Virgo and was a lead member of the Stonegate Investment Committee. Chris has over thirty years of experience in the private credit markets and special situations investing. Prior to joining Virgo, Chris was a CO-Head of the Principal Finance Group at Silver Point Capital. Over a five-year period with Silver Point, Chris helped build an investment portfolio of over $3.5 billion and managed over fifty people in five offices across the United States. Chris headed the firm's Originations team and served on the firm's deal review committee. Prior to joining Silver Point, Chris spent eight years at Wells Fargo Foothill, where he started their New York office in 1996 and ran originations offices in Chicago and Boston. Prior to Wells Fargo, Chris held various roles over a six-year period the Financial Restructuring Group of CIT Business Credit in New York.

Irena joined SG Credit in July 2023 as CFO. Previously, Irena served as a Managing Director in the Fintech & Financial Services Investment Banking group at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, a Stifel company, the largest investment bank solely dedicated to financial services. Focused on commercial and consumer specialty finance and lending tech, Irena advised private and public companies on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, equity and debt private placements and public equity offerings. In addition to being a senior member of the Fintech & Financial Services Investment Banking group, Irena co-led the private debt placements practice at KBW helping clients devise an optimal capital structure and raise senior and junior debt.

Mack McNair is the Chairman of SG Credit Partners, Inc. ("SGCP") and is the CEO of MidMark Financial Group, Inc. ("MidMark"), an investment firm focused on buying and building specialty finance businesses and investing in special situations involving unique structured credit/equity transactions.

Marc is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SG Credit Partners, Inc. ("SGCP") and a member of its Loan Committee and Board of Directors. In addition to overall management of SGCP, Marc actively leads its technology lending practice. Since inception Marc has overseen the technology group's financing of 50 clients totaling approximately $100 million, making SGCP one of the most prolific non-bank lenders to the software and technology industry.

Mark Oligschlaeger is a Managing Director of The Cynosure Group. Prior to joining Cynosure, Mr. Oligschlaeger was the founder and President of Eider Capital, an opportunistic real estate credit fund.
He previously served as President and COO of the Buckner Company, a leading regional property and casualty insurance agency, and in senior leadership and asset management roles at Leucadia National Corporation (now Jefferies, NYSE: JEF). While at Leucadia, Mr. Oligschlaeger had operating and M&A responsibilities for several of the firm's investments in insurance, telecommunications, and financial services, and he also led the development of the firm's real estate portfolio in Utah, Colorado, and Florida. Earlier in his career, Mr. Oligschlaeger was a consultant for APM/CSC Healthcare.
Mr. Oligschlaeger serves as a Director of SG Credit Partners, Gold Medal Pools, Med One Group and GoReact. He received an MBA from Brigham Young University, where he was a Hawes Scholar, and a B.S. in Business Management from BYU, where he was a James S. Kemper Scholar.
