I help people buy/sell businesses in any industry that involves a book of business, and I recruit on tech, marketing, analytics and operations roles for clients that range from seed-stage startups to publicly traded companies. I focus on the direct recruitment of passive candidates primarily for remote-only positions... Placed 10 of the first 20 engineers with an app sec startup. I was the only recruiter they worked with from pre-seed to a $150M series E at a $1B+ valuation... Recruited several key hires to a 30 person GPS + SaaS startup including their Head of Product, Director of Demand Gen / ABM, Director of Customer Experience and Sr. Data Lead.
