Meadhbh, Freedom Solutions' Engagement & Marketing Manager, is a highly qualified professional with a BA in Health Promotion, a Diploma in Professional Fundraising, and an MSc in Digital Marketing Strategies. Since joining in February 2019, Meadhbh has been instrumental, initially leading peer-to-peer fundraising events and later taking charge of the Engagement & Marketing team.
In her current role, Meadhbh oversees a wide range of responsibilities, including fundraising, strategic partnerships, marketing campaigns, customer service, and volunteer engagement. Her strategic vision is evident in successfully orchestrating the organisation's rebranding initiative and implementing streamlined processes, contributing significantly to Freedom Solutions' success. Hailing from Ireland, Meadhbh's diverse background enriches her approach to engagement and marketing, making her an invaluable asset in navigating the dynamic landscape of her field.
Andrew's Freedom Solutions career began when he was five years old, helping his grandfather with volunteer projects. Andrew's background includes 10 years of audit, mergers and strategy before moving into media and technology roles. Andrew now works as head of Strategy, Participation, Community and Technology with the National Rugby League.

Angela is an experienced Non-Executive Director, Committee Chair and Board Advisor with over 25 years in management consulting in the UK, South Africa, Ireland, Germany and Australia.
She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and brings solid experience in finance, risk, and strategy.
Angela is also a Semester Teaching Fellow on the MBA programme at Bond University.
Anthony is an accomplished and multidisciplinary technology and business executive with an impeccable track record, strong business acumen and vision, with an entrepreneurial mindset who founded one of Australia's leading artificial intelligence consulting firms. He previously worked in the banking and insurance sector in Australia and the UK.
Anthony is deeply passionate about alignment to mission, growth, ethics and producing win-win outcomes organisations and customers.
Brad brings over 30 years of experience in the Banking and Finance sector, including senior leadership roles at ANZ Banking Group and Bank Australia. During his tenure, he oversaw operational and technology risk, cyber security, and procurement, and chaired the Bank Australia Crisis Committee during COVID-19, leading the organisation's pandemic response.
In addition to his banking career, Brad has held key roles with Computershare, a global share registry business, and VincentCare, a community organisation supporting disadvantaged individuals. He previously served as a Board member and Deputy Chair for CSV Ltd. Brad brings extensive expertise in governance, operational leadership, and community engagement to Freedom Solutions Australia.

Gill is an experienced business executive, NFP CEO, board director and chair having held numerous senior roles across ASX Top 50, NFPs and SME organisations.
Jason has over 30 years' experience in Commercial, Finance and Risk Management Roles for large privately and publicly owned organisations. Jason is currently the MD and CFO of a large privately owned company which operates in the Building and Infrastructure space. Previously Jason worked in the petroleum, retail and consulting industries including Ampol and Deloitte.
Jason brings strong management, operations and commercial experience to the Freedom Solutions Board.
Laura is an experienced executive and business founder having held numerous senior positions at Telstra over 25 years, now leading her own boutique Customer Experience Consulting business. Laura brings strong commercial and customer perspectives to her work and to her governance roles. Laura is a Member and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a member of the Customer Experience Professionals Association.
Marianne has worked in diverse roles across the APS & State public sectors in customer facing, central policy and regulatory agencies.

For over 8 years, Marijke has been a vital member of our organisation, bringing extensive experience and expertise to her role as Equipment Solutions Manager. With a Certificate 3 in Individual Support (Disability), Marijke is well-equipped to understand and address the unique needs of our clients. Before stepping into her current role, she served as a Product Manager for a prominent manufacturer and distributor of medical products and services, where she gained deep industry insights.

Matthew has over 30 years experience in Finance and Marketing at the Suncorp Group.
Professor Rachael McDonald is a highly regarded expert in assistive technology and disability inclusion, bringing over 30 years of experience in clinical practice, research, and education to Freedom Solutions Australia's Board. As Director of the MedTechVic Hub, she leads the creation of innovative technologies that enhance the lives of people with disabilities and their families. With qualifications in occupational therapy, biomechanics, higher education, and a Doctorate, she has published over 150 works, supervised more than 30 research students, and secured over $11 million in competitive grant funding. Her expertise in co-design and inclusive practices aligns with Freedom Solutions Australia's mission to deliver life-changing solutions.
Sarah is a Director at a leading global professional services firm and is currently the Global Cloud Transformation Solution driver. With over 25 years' experience in management consulting, Sarah is committed to creating positive change. She has a strong focus on strategy, technology, people and culture. Sarah is motivated by personal experience with disability, Sarah joined the Freedom Solutions Australia board in 2018 to empower and uplift the lives of individuals living with disability.
Scott is an accomplished CEO with an extensive background in community services, particularly in the nonprofit sector. His career highlights encompass successful organisational transformation, strategic leadership, and a passion for creating meaningful impact in communities.
Scott's leadership journey includes pivotal roles such as Chief Executive at Volunteering Victoria and Volunteering New Zealand, where he provided strong leadership for a vibrant volunteering sector. Scott has engaged internationally, serving on committees and advising governments on democratic processes.
Tim Kuypers has over thirty years' experience as a regulatory and safety professional in UK, Europe and Australia. Tim is currently a Special Advisor at HoustonKemp Economists and Principal of Walbrook Partners, a rail safety consulting firm. He is an independent member on Metro Trains Melbourne's Board Safety Committee and a Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee for the Rail Industry Safey and Standards Board. Tim's previous executive roles have included senior positions at Asciano, (former owner of Pacific National and Patrick Stevedores) Telstra, Cable & Wireless and Oftel. For over a decade Tim was Director and chair or the audit and risk committee for TROG, a cancer research not for profit. Tim has a PhD in Economics from University College London, an ACCA Diploma in Accounting and Finance and is a GAICD.
