SNAPCAP Inc. is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization that was incorporated in 2015... SNAPCAP organizations work in partnership to strengthen the primary care safety net through collaborative projects, resource sharing, and collective advocacy in local reform efforts... At SNAPCAP WNY, we believe high-quality healthcare should be accessible to all. We work tirelessly to strengthen the safety net for our vulnerable residents and promote public access to essential healthcare services.
