Andrea comes to Source Lab with an extensive band varied background in marketing and marketing communications - both traditional and digital - and has held various roles in high-profile retail, fashion and beauty companies. She is also a contributing writer for the U.S.. Chamber of Commerce's digital platform, CO-a resource for small business owners with actionable information and insights to help cultivate growth. Her resourcefulness, research-driven, in-depth approach and elevated attention to detail make her an asset to SourceLab.
Brenda is the Deputy CFO at SourceLab. She graduated from Old Westbury with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. She is a CPA with nearly 30 years of experience. She has an invaluable background including over 23 years as Director of Accounting for Cablevision. She joined the Bachrach Group in August of 2020 as the Controller for multiple sister companies including Cloud 9, D2C, CLS and several others. She has an exciting and strategic vision for SourceLab's future.

Brittany holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Pennsylvania State University. She began her career interning, where she learned the "ins and outs" of the digital recruiting world. This internship sparked her passion for recruiting, networking, and researching, which in turn has led to her success in finding the best talent for our clients. Brittany is now a huge contributor to Source Lab.
Casandra is the HR Manager at SourceLab. She graduated from John Jay College with a BA in Criminology. She started her career in Human Resources because of her love for people and passion for helping. Casandra is an office culture enthusiast and enjoys cultivating and thinking of new ways to make the company a great place to work.
Deirdre attended SUNY Dutchess & SUNY Empire Majoring in both Human Resources & Human Services. Deirdre loves working with and being able to help & support her candidates to grow and succeed in all that they do. Deirdre is looking forward to learning the ins and outs of the Digital Marketing world and being part of such an amazing team! In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, trying new restaurants & breweries, and finding new hiking places to adventure!
James is the Senior Vice President at SourceLab. He is also the National Managing Director of Sales at The Bachrach Group. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, James graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from St. Francis College. With a background in Marketing and Recruiting, it was a no-brainer to help lead Source Lab in their first chapter of success. By networking and collaborating with leading advertising agencies, start-ups, ad-tech, and retail companies, James has effectively helped place the best talent nationwide. James is heavily involved with charitable organizations such as The Pajama Program, Marine Toys for Tots, and Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Max is the Senior Vice President at SourceLab where he leads the nation wide recruiting process. Max graduated from Indiana University with a Degree in Telecommunications and a minor in Business. Having always been passionate about Digital Media and Marketing, he has been able to help companies build out their internal marketing teams as well as help staff advertising agencies, creative departments and luxury brands to name a few across the country. Max has a flawless reputation in the Digital Media & Marketing recruiting world. He has partnered with top C-Level executives across the country to strategically help plan their internal hiring needs.

Before joining Source Lab and moving to NYC, Nicole spent six months at a staffing firm in Philadelphia where she was a part of the IT team. She is thrilled to be a part of the team and is enjoying developing her knowledge and expertise in the field.

Patrick graduated from SUNY Geneseo with a Bachelors's Degree in Geography and a minor in Political Science. Patrick started his career as a commercial real estate agent, representing some of the most well-known hospitality groups in New York City. Before moving into his current role, Patrick worked in Business Development, cultivating relationships and learning the ins and outs of the recruiting industry. In his free time, he is an avid golfer, concert-goer, and sports fan.
Samantha Traum is a Recruiting Strategist at SourceLab Search. Samantha graduated from The University of Delaware in 2020 and received a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. She is always willing to help others and is excited to continue doing so at SourceLab. In her free time, Samantha enjoys reading and cooking. Samantha looks forward to being a great asset to the company!
Sophia graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in History with coursework geared towards political science, international business, and gender & women's studies. After graduating, Sophia worked as an executive assistant for entrepreneurs in the tech and recruiting industries where she gained an appreciation and skills for operations and administration. She prides herself on being energetic and pragmatic and hopes to bring this attitude to her SourceLab team. In her free time she enjoys getting lost in Central Park, playing Catan, and window shopping.
