Hello I'm Liz. I am a 200 Hour Certified YT and have been teaching Iyengar Style Yoga since February of 2020. I became a teacher because my personal experience of healing through yoga and meditation has been life-changing and I really want to share that practice with as many people as possible. My focus is to provide people with the knowledge to tap into their energetic body and to delve deeper onto the path of self-love, so that they may begin the process of healing and growth. Another main focus of mine is to create a safe space for people to be able to express themselves freely and to serve communities who are underserved or may not have access to the tools of yoga and meditation...
