SPYRAL SAW

The Spyral saw blade was first manufactured by Tyler Manufacturing which started in 1946. Shortly after completing his active military service in WWII, Mr. Thomas Best became a partner in and the General Manager of Tyler Manufacturing, eventually becoming the sole owner. In 1978 the saw blade business was separated from Tyler Manufacturing and operated as International Tool Specialties. This was changed to Bestway Products Company in 1986. Mr. Thomas Best retired and sold the business in 2004, at the age of 88. The business was purchased by Mr. Stuart Gordon, the current proprietor. Thomas Best's daughter, Janet Page, still works at the company as Operations Manager... Spyral wire saw blades utilize a 360 degree tooth to cut in any direction. Our blades are used in many applications spanning craft and outdoors to professional manufacturing and surgical settings.
