Biography
Ms. Ledford's principal areas of practice are bankruptcy, appeals, business bankruptcy, and workouts. She is a member of the Bankruptcy Section of the North Carolina Bar Association as well as being a former chair of the Section. She has also been the chair CLE committee of the Bankruptcy Section and in charge of the NC Bar Association Annual Bankruptcy Institute. In addition, she has served as the Secretary of the Bankruptcy Section and an at-large member of the Section Council. Ms. Ledford started her legal career clerking at the North Carolina Court of Appeals for Judge Ralph Walker and for Judge John Tyson. In addition to being of counsel, at the firm, Ms. Ledford teaches Bankruptcy Law at Elon University School of Law as well as Business Law at Elon University and Guilford College.

Ms. Stewart has been representing individuals and families in High Point, Greensboro, and the surrounding counties since 2009. Her principal areas of practice include family law, particularly divorce, property division, spousal support, child custody, child support, and adoptions; Social Security Disability; Misdemeanor criminal and traffic cases; Department of Social Services Abuse, Neglect, and Dependency cases; and Termination of Parental Rights cases. Ms. Stewart has been active in the local community as a scout leader and PTA volunteer. She was the President of the Mediation Society at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law.

Marshall Hurley has focused his legal practice on a wide range of governmental issues. Having served as a staff member in the United States Congress and as legal counsel in the North Carolina State Senate, he has represented both public and private clients to address governmental matters at the local, state, and federal levels. He has appeared throughout North Carolina in contested election cases, recounts, and voting rights litigation.
He was an adjunct faculty member at the University of North Carolina for over 20 years, teaching in the Masters in Public Administration program. He is admitted to practice in all federal courts in North Carolina, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Boyers is a fully licensed and accredited attorney with experience in different areas of law such as Family Law, Business Litigation, Personal Injury, Real Estate, Construction, and Employment law; and is no stranger to the laws and regulations of Guilford County and surrounding Triad areas. Mr. Boyers also has a background in teaching students and training staff. His work in multiple areas of law as well as his skills as an instructor give him a unique approach to how he works and communicates with his clients.
