Sam Elliott-Smith is a highly driven, technically skilled and focussed business professional. During her earlier career, she worked as a marketeer whilst in her spare time, developing and project managing her own residential properties including the re-design and renovation of a Victorian barn conversion. Sam later retrained in heritage design and worked for number of commercial clients with Grade I & II* listed buildings, including the National Trust and Lord Devon at Powderham Castle. Sam began investing in Exeter and started with commercial leases (rent-to-rent), creating living accommodation for working professionals in Exeter before training in commercial conversions and co-founding Stopwatch Property. Sam's attention to detail and analytical approach whilst being able to see the bigger picture consistently delivers high quality results, making her a natural project manager. Her warm, yet determined personality makes it easy for her to connect with all the company's stakeholders ensuring excellent customer, investor and agent relations. These combined skills have led to a natural progression into consultancy where Sam effectively helps other property entrepreneurs faced with a range of business challenges.
